We stayed there for three days. We requested them to change the bedsheets and towels, but they said they change the bedsheets every three days and promised to change the towels the next day. However, no one did.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub at the swimming wasn’t working properly. Which wasn’t a big issue for us. As others didn’t like. That the jets would not come on.

Wonderful experience! The kids enjoyed the pool and we liked the convenience of the “snack bar” at the front counter. Also needed a pet friendly property and this was perfect.

Difficult to find the elevator. The door of the elevator is almost similar to the door of rooms and is not wide ennough. Then when you go out the elevator not enough space for guest going in because the vending machine for pop and ice was placed just infront of the door. The dining area is small and the breakfast served were so limited and replenishment is slow.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel bathroom was not clean, hair all over. We had police outside our door twice. People above running all over past 11pm. I understand the hotel can’t control the police coming and people running around but just not a good experience.
