I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station (5-minute walk) however I was extremely impressed with the hotel. My room was large with a king size bed (extremely comfortable), many electrical outlets, good heating/AC and very clean. The bathroom had a shower with lots of pressure and hot water. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were very pleasant. When I asked how to get to the train station one of the staff went outside with me and showed me two...

Thompson Madrid, by Hyatt

Madrid Centro

Beautiful boutique hotel, great rooms/suites, well kept and maintained. Centrally located. The in-house bar, restaurants, and breakfast were great. The accommodated a late checkout at no additional cost. The concierge was very helpful finding reservations for dinner and parties New Year’s Eve which was a tall order. They also had a small cocktail party and NYE event at the hotel which were lovely and also complementary. Highly recommended.
