"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! "Very modern and very clean. Very basic but adequate for a brief overnight stay. I booked this hotel based on price and the fact it advertised airport shuttle service. In the even the airport shuttle service only runs from 05.30-09.30 and from late evening until 23.30 and costs 5e pp each way. These timings didn’t work for me and I ended up paying out nearly 50e for taxis. This could have bought me a better hotel with a free shuttle service. Staff were very pleasant and helpful."
