This is not a 5 star hotel! The rooms are very dark and dated. They don’t have a coffee machine or offer bottled water for the length of your stay. We had coffee and croissants for our first morning there and paid 23 euros! The only thing I liked about this hotel was that the bed was comfy.

I don’t think I have ever had this many issues in a hotel stay in my life. Which unfortunate as this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel. I would say it’s more of 2-3 stars as there’s really not any extra amenities to the accommodations. The design of the rooms is cool yes, but they photograph a lot better than what they look. They also are inconvenient. I had to change rooms because my lights did not function as expected (either had super bright lights all the time or no light). My steamer also did not work and found out in the morning while I had to rush to go to my meetings. Plugging in your devices is also a pain in the Zaha Hadid rooms as the design did not account for the bulkiness of the cords so they don’t even fit. At some point my tv stopped working too so had to get help for that. There’s no tea kettle, wine opener or coffee machine in the rooms so not a lot of convenience if you are planning a longer stay like me. Overall this hotel was not worth it. Issues were fixed and I appreciate it but the property needs to be better kept. Location is okay. Also, prices for anything in the hotel are ridiculous especially since this hotel is not even in the center of the city and you can get whatever you need from local stores nearby.
