The hotel is in a great spot in a good area, close to the metro and buses and all the must see places in Madrid for a short visit. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat!

This hotel is in an ideal location and is within walking distance to all the major sites. The rooftop pool is welcome after a long day exploring. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is ample and has a lot of variety. There are numerous supermarkets a short walk from the hotel and the Metro and buses are a few steps away.

The hotel is very well located. Very convenient to move to any place with Metro station a few steps from the hotel. The breakfast bar was very varied and with good meals. The room was very small but Comfortable enough. The pool area is very nice and was very useful on hot summer days. The only complaint is that the elevators area smells really bad. Everything else was good and highly recommend it

My friend and I arrived early evening and was given a warm welcome at reception. They gave us a map showing the area and which places to eat at and areas to avoid. Room had air con which you could adjust yourself and they gave you free towels at the rooftop pool, save packing any!. Perfect location to walk into city centre, but buses also cheap at 1 euro 50 for a single trip around city. Staff very helpful and courteous. Recommended the Hyatt rooftop bar for dinner/drinks and views along Gran Via....

The room was very simple but it was clean. Water was provided for free. There was a restaurant downstairs that was convenient and the food was fine. The staff was very nice. We did not try the breakfast because we had to leave for the airport. This is not an elegant hotel but it did have the advantage of a family room for travel with my son and his children. The hotel was perfectly adequate for our short stay.

I felt very comfortable here at this hotel. The people there were very friendly. The man who checked us in gave us a wealth of information about good places to eat and sites to see. The man at the bar area was very friendly and took great care of us when we sat to have an easy affordable dinner. I will be back with my family again. Thanks to all at the hotel. You are wonderful. Staff was very attentive and cordial. Breakfast is of a good quality and varied. Location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the world famous Aqueduct. I paid parking but I think it’s not strictly necessary because the surrounding areas have parking available although to your own risk.

This was my third stay in this hotel. Lovely hotel in walking distance of main attractions. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Roof top pool was very relaxing and has a great view. Only suggestion for improvement is to include a hand rail and toiletry shelf in the shower. Not everyone has good balance on slippery surfaces and a handrail makes using the shower feel safer. A shelf inside the shower is necessary as having to leave the door open to reach toiletries stored next to the sink is difficult and courses water to spill over the floor. Generally an excellent hotel, good value and always my first choice when visiting madrid.

Great facilities, very clean and really helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and nice to have the bar there. Rooms had everything you needed for a few nights and the housekeeping team did a brilliant job! The sun terrace and pool are smaller than then look - the space filled up quickly with limited shade available. Looked like a nice space though. Great location, easy walk to lots of local sites, shops and places to eat. Would stay again!
