"The location was great. The hotel was clean & lively. There was something happening every night. The valet, Leo, was amazing!! My only issue was in my booking with Hotels.com, it did not mention valet parking charge per night. It said I would owe at property and explained those fees but did not include valet. It was an additional $70 per night for valet. And you have no choice but to use valet because there are no overnight parking near the hotel. "

"This property needs significant updates. The rooms are dark and dated, with flickering overhead lighting that creates an unsettling atmosphere. The air conditioning unit is a window-mounted unit that appears unstable and could fall out at any moment. While the staff was friendly and well-intentioned, there were consistent communication issues with even basic requests, which made the stay frustrating. The property's overall condition feels run-down and poorly maintained. For the price point, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning."
