"The only thing I had an issue with was that the room was hot. We only had one key card and that card had to be placed in a slot to keep the electricity on, which included the window unit. So when we would get to our room after a long day the room was hot and stuffy. And it really never cooled off. "

"I took my mother to Mexico City for a special occasion and Gran Hotel Ciudad did not disappoint! It was a beautiful and convenient location that offered the best in Mexican luxury and hospitality. When we checked out of the hotel, the staff was very accommodating to get us a driver for our final day and to the airport. His name was Flavio and he was AMAZING!!! We highly recommend the job that Flavio did for us. He is a wonderful representation of the hotel and of Mexico. ASK FOR FLAVIO WHEN YOU...

"The hotel needs to add an ice machine in the facilities. Also please add vending machines and an ATM. The best thing is all the people that work there. They all do an amazing job and they are very helpful with anything you ask them. "

"I made a last minute reservation but the staffs were all very accommodating and kind. The only complain is that there soundproofing is awful. I can literally hear the other room really loud from my room..."

"By the time I got to my room , around 7:40 pm , I didn’t receive the email with the password for my room so I went to the front desk for help , the guy he wasn’t a front desk agent he was a security guy who barely knew what he was doing , not his fault though , but I couldn’t get to my room till 8:30 ish which is not possible as check in time is before that , door should have been accesible since check in time not after that . "
