The hotel needs to add an ice machine in the facilities. Also please add vending machines and an ATM. The best thing is all the people that work there. They all do an amazing job and they are very helpful with anything you ask them.

I had a great experience at Novotel. Staff cleaned my hotel room on a daily basis. The hotel is near a lot of great tourist spots that are not far by car. The staff is really friendly as well. I would recommend this hotel as well because in the area you get to experience more of the local way of life l.

The staff were excellent. The Hotel was super clean. They lost hot water our last day. Our room faced the busy street side so lots of morning traffic. The breakfast was awesome. Eggs, pancakes to order besides buffet. Awesome location to walk all over Zócalo and historic area.

We stayed at this property and everything was great but the rooms were extremely small. Pictures were a bit deceiving and the room was barely big enough for 2 people. No privacy doors in the bathroom. However, staff was nice - rooms were clean and it was near the city! Hotel was good if you're going for a quick stay!
