Great hotel. Amazingly kind staff and very helpful. Clean and updated bathrooms with enough space to spread out. Our room had a mini leather window seat which was a nice bonus. Lighting had many options for those that care. Clean sheets and comfy beds. Probably will stay here again upon my next visit to cdmx !!
Our stay was very pleasant. We rented one room for us and another one for my sister and her friend. The location is fantastic. The coffee is excellent and the staff accommodating. The only hiccup perhaps is about the room’s ventilation, yes there is a small window but it is hard to balance cold with AC and get the air to circulate properly at the right temperature. It felt a little bit stuck. Other than that, congrats! We would definitely come back.
The hotel was very clean and in a great location! The room we stayed in was big & with tons of outlets to charge our phones before heading out. Would stay here again.
Nice hotel, very clean and convenient. 3 blocks away from Reforma 222 mall. Nice and clean room

Great hotel, staff is amazing, and overall in a pretty good location
I took some points down mainly because my room’s window had a huge crack and the toilet needed a few flashes to completely flush, but overall 4/5
We had an amazing stay here with the family, small but nice hotel, very close to zona rosa and walkable safe area, never felt insecure around. The beds are comfy and the room was cleaned well every single day, the have a really good blackout courtains which were really nice, we never got to try the restaurant there but we tried the chilaquiles restaurant in front of the hotel and was delicious.
Overall experience was good. Convenient to transportation, dining and supermarket. The quilt was dirty when we got in the room, but the staff immediately gave us a new one.
Excellent rooftop amenity, nice rooms with double sinks, amazing customer service and front staff especially Cristian and Roberto! Free filtered water, never felt sick drinking it. They made our stay extra friendly and special. Loved the hotel, great walkable location to Roma, Condesa, Angel of Independence and quick can ride to Chapultepec, and other areas. Will stay here again on our next trip to Mexico City!
I appreciated the early check in time, the bed comfort is superb as well as the shower, the only thing I didnt like is the fact the room doesnt have small fridge which was not convenient. The rest was v good
Small but comfortable room, however, noise from neighbor rooms is high. If they watch TV seems like you watch TV with them. Not the best hotel for business travelers at all. However, location is great. Check in and Check out went really smooth.
Stayed for a week. Our flight got in much later than expected, but even at 4:30am front desk was expecting us and the porter even assisted us with our bags. I had requested in advance that our rooms be close to each other and they accommodated that-- we were next door to each other. Service was always cordial. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This was my third trip to CDMX and I prefer this neighbourhood to Zona Rosa/ Angel of Independence or along Insurgentes, where many hotels are located. In walking distance to great cafes and restaurants, a 24hr convenience store, and fantastic 24hr tacos! Will gladly stay here again.
We had a good stay. The morning staff were nicer than the evening staff. The room was fine. We had a quiet night’s sleep. Minor issues: getting change for tips or hotel purchases was painful. A rainfall shower head only is not the best if you don’t want wet hair. Hot water to the shower was not very hot but ok. The bathroom mirror lighting put one’s face in a shadow. Great location for our needs.
The hotel is located in a great spot, the staff is super helpful, and the size of the room was nice. The internet can be slow at times and even time out. As I was on the 1 floor of rooms, the second floor of the building, there was noise from the street (on the street side) and the sewer smell in the bathroom was strong always. My friends were 2 floors up and on the back side, room 5 did not have the noise or smell. Other than the smell it was a great hotel.

The little bar & restaurant were nice & convenient but our room wasn’t very exciting. The duvets on the beds should be thrown out. They’ve been washed and now all the filling has gone to lumps. The flooring certainly didn’t feel clean and the air conditioning unit made the room smell aweful. The unit itself was super noisy and you couldn’t have the air con unit on without the noisy fan. No face washers even though we asked for them. The staff were pleasant
