"We stayed at this property due to its proximity to Georgetown University. The commute was 15 minutes. The property itself is a little older and could use some updating, but we were satisfied with our short stay."

"We had a wonderful trip. Everyone was so nice! When we first got to the hotel early Theresa was so very personable and helpful in getting us to the metro station quickly. When we arrived back she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. We checked in with De’aja and she made us feel right at home. Asked us about our day, about any plans we had for the week and gave us helpful tips toward our plans. When you’ve got 2 great staff members like that, you got a recipe for success!"

"It was a great stay with our 2 cats. We had an extra bathroom that we were able to set up for the cats. It was very affordable and close to the capital."

" I was able to hear my neighbors and the plumbing. I enjoyed their excellent shower!"

"Cleanliness was fine. The shower would make a loud vibrating noise when used. This happened when using the shower in our unit. It also happened at 3:00 am when the unit below or an adjoining unit took a shower."

"The property was great, but Expedia never confirmed with the hotel. They didn’t have my confirmation or name or anything. Thankfully they had a room available. The hotel made it right but I’m disappointed in Expedia."
