Customer service was AMAZING. Esp on 7/20 check in and 7/22 check out. She was amazing and empathetic. Nothing happened but you felt it in her voice and willingness to help. Rooms are great, seni spacious and very clean. Luggage room With that being said there were some minor hiccups, 1) Main room door did close properly so we made them aware and try to remember to pull or push after entering. 2) after the first night we realized that the ,pull out bed was broken (Room change 😞😞) 3) ends early on Mondays... it's should at least 10 a.m.

I would rate my stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center a 10 out of 10. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the White House, with convenient nearby amenities like Tatte Bakery and Safeway grocery store. I stayed in a king bed room that was spacious and clean. The room also had a kitchen, allowing me to cook some meals, which was a great convenience. The staff were helpful and provided good service throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Washington DC.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back, especially with the kids. The only issue I had was with the WiFi - the reception was very slow. I even tried to use my own hotspot but that wasn’t any better. Just wondering if it was due to the location of my suite. Either way, it was a beautiful experience.

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. My family and I got to the hotel around 12am. To say the least we were exhausted! We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. When getting off the elevator, it was hot and muggey. Amazon boxes and Pizza boxes met us when we gotten off the elevator. The floors looked like they have never been been cleaned. The walls as well. Th couch was exteremly worn. The couch was a brown but look black. The bedding was not even white anymore. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the hotel room. Going through the drawer we found someone underpants! Thank god my kids thought it was funny! However, my Fiance and I were not entertained! The staff was amazing. We were helped by management. However, since we rented through Expedia we were not able to get our money back.

Staff was professional, friendly, suggestive for dining and activities in area. The 1 bedroom suite (2 double beds in bedroom) and 1 couch sofa so worn you can see the metal and lay on the metal even with pillows on them. There was no AC working in our room 85 degrees inside and 93 outside. Staff brought a floor fan - didn't do much as we still had sweat all over us and no sleep for 2 nights. The bedroom TV didn't work - staff apologized for that too stating they had internet/cable people over the day before - still working on it. The bathroom tub caulking was mold. Refrigerator and microwave was good. Definitely not worth anything close to what we paid for. The parking is $59/day which was not told to us when room booked. Valet guys were polite though.. 3 adults, 2 kids.

When I first checked in there was used toilet paper in the restroom. Less than half of a role and I asked for more toilet paper for my stay and never received any. The hotel floors, walls, lights were dusty. Bed frame was peeling as well as the wall paper. Bed sheets weren’t fresh. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Nice hotel overall. Free breakfast was not managed well. Food areas not replenished regularly. Trash areas not tended to. Over flowing trash. Utensils not replenished. Dirty tables, had to clean before you can sit down. Har issue with bathroom shower. It was fixed guickly.
