The hotel appears very well kept, and the staff were all professional and courteous. Fitness center is well-equipped, especially for a hotel (!), spotless and stocked with towels, water, and even earbuds and fruit.
The setup - with an entry lobby on 1 and the main lobby on 3 - is a bit unusual, as it requires two elevator rides, but that is hardly a deal-breaker. Loved the all-electronic light controls, as it is great to be able to control the lights from bed. Great lighting too. Complimentary Nespresso in the room was also much appreciated.
I may be on an island on this, but I'd say that a coffee station at the lobby would work wonders. Most hotels I stay at (spanning the spectrum - from inexpensive to the Mandarin Oriental) do this, and I'll admit I missed that.
Lastly, I usually try hotel restaurants at least once. Hotel food is always expensive, but there is usually something appealing about the offering that still warrants a visit. While I was similarly intrigued by Estuary, I thought the pricing was obscene and reluctantly passed.
