Great hotel in fabulous location - walking distance to most things. We had an enjoyable 4 night stay. The staff was most friendly. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

While it's a nice property, there were several items in our room that were disappointing, including: - Stain/bleached carpet - Drapes that didn't close all the way - Closet door that didn't close, which resulted in the closet light staying on - a big buildup of dust along the baseboard, which made it look like the carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a while - 2 numbers on the safe that didn't work Some of these were reported, none were fixed. Not what I'd expect from a 5-star property. The restaurant was amazing, one of the best meals I've had.
