The front desk lady is incredibly delightful. When we arrived, we were given a room in the third floor. We went up to our room and we were disgusted to discover that it smelled very strongly of old cigarette smoke. This confused me considering that they claim to be smoke free. We asked to switch ...
Friendly Staff. Clean Rooms. Was able to walk to every where we needed to go. Was able to check luggage at front desk after check out. Lots of noise at night (to be expected in the location), but easy to block out if you put the fan on.
The hotel is very affordable and close to many of Chicago's attractions. The elevated train runs close by. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean and comfortable for the price. I would recommend this hotel if you are not looking for a lot of frills.
Nice for price and location for our needs. Good service and clean but dated room. Quiet area and good beds.
The hotel recommended i park in the garage, yet failed to tell me they were closed on Sundays! I left my ticket in the car so was unable to get access to the door. I had to wait until someone randomly had their ticket and was getting their car out. The front desk seemed annoyed by my problem when ...
Wanted to go to Christmas Parade, Walnut Room, Blue Chicago Blues club and Rosebud restaurant. All were within walking distance.
From bargain shopping areas to beaches, you don’t need to drop a ton of cash in Chicago to have a great vacation.
Save money while you explore The Windy City.
Your Chicago adventure begins at the waterfront, and there’s no better place to start than Navy Pier. Head over there to ride the Ferris wheel, watch the occasional fireworks display, and window shop at the many stores. From Navy Pier, make your way to the Riverwalk, where you will find several kilometres of beautiful scenery as you wind along the canals and through the city. If you’re an animal lover, you must visit the Lincoln Park Zoo, which features sea lions, birds, and everything else you’d hope to find in a zoo—all for free admission.
Your savings don’t just have to encompass your adventures. Stay in a 2-star hotel in Chicago and keep more money in your wallet. Two-star hotels often feature amenities like free Wi-Fi—so you can upload all the selfies you took at the Cloud Gate sculpture—and free coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Book a hotel close to the waterfront or downtown area so you can walk from place to place, as opposed to renting a cab, and watch your savings soar even more.
Expedia.ca is ready to help you plan the vacation of your dreams without leaving you bankrupt. Trust us to find you the best deals on hotels in Chicago, no matter where you’re staying.
