“Excellent location, good price.”
Good parking space, excellent hotel location to variety of Japanese, korean food. Pretty spacious room for regular 2 queen bed. Cleanliness is normal, noise is normal too.
“Good Quality Stay”
Check in was smooth and had no problems, the front desk for the hotel really needs to be moved to a better location in the lobby. Room was hot, hot, hot and the climate controls were obtuse to understand; however, the balcony door opened up and a wonderful breeze kept me comfortable all night long. Location of hotel is convenient for food, coffee stops, shopping, bike rental for a ride in Stanley Park and people watching. I'd definatly stay here again.
“Couldn't have asked for better”
The room we asked for when booking through Expedia was exactly the room we got on arrival. A fantastic downtown location, a gorgeous view of English Bay, a clean and well-furnished room, professional and helpful staff: the Empire Landmark was perfect on all counts.
“Awesome views”
The Empire Landmark Hotel is in a great location, right on the Robson shopping street and the views are great. We overlooked Stanley Park and watched the sea planes take off and land. In the revolving bar, the waitress quickly offered to move us to a window seat when one came available without any prompting from us. The food and desk staff were good.
“Best deal in town.”
Great room with a view of the International fireworks from our balcony. All staff were very helpful, including the housekeepers. Other guests we met were happy and seemed to be enjoying their stay. The room was clean and updated. The view from the revolving restaurant was exceptional. Parking was safe and affordable. In short, we, four adults, two rooms, had a great stay.
“Great Location”
Great hotel in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk all over the West End from here. Lots of great food withing a block. Also a Starbucks and walgreens.
“Great hotel, awesome views and location.”
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The staff has been friendly and I love the location, it is close to everything I like to do while in Vancouver. English Bay, Stanley Park and shopping as well as restaurants are all what I consider walking distance, the park being about 15-20 mins away on foot. The views from the hotel are amazing and the rooms have been clean and comfortable both times. The only downfall for me is that they charge for internet, but no big deal since I don't want to spend my time online anyway and neither will you :) Check out Capers down the street for some great groceries and prepared foods, they are open 8am - 11pm everyday, mmm!
“Good value for money”
Clean and comfortable and great view from the balcony. Service was good. Hotel rooms are due for a refit, but overall good value for money.
“Great deal and location”
The Empire Landmark was in a great location and the view from my room was incredible. Able to see the mountains and the water and the skyline of the city. No complaints, housekeeping did an excellent job.
“will certainly come back”
very pleased with the room, superb views over Stanley Park (we were on the 33rd floor)and the view from the revolving restaurant was absolutely amazing. Staff were very helpful & friendly
