“Quick stop”

OK as a 1 nigyt stop over but not as a longer term stay. Hotel Shuutle stops at 12:30 AM so if your flight is late you are left with the option of taking a taxi. Not very far or expensive but an inconvenience. Staff are friendly. If you are not looking for or expecting too much, this is fine.

“Hot Water problems”

The air conditioner/heater that was installed on wall about 6 feet up with the remote was okay EXCEPT it was loud. Our teen was in the shower and the cold water "ran out" and it was steaming hot. She got out and waited 15 minutes while the front desk got back to us about the problem. We were told to run the water. Finally we ran the water in sink tap for 5 min until cold came back. Same problem happened to our room next door with our male teens. It delayed our schedule.

“comfortable stay”

Decent hotel for the price. Location is good to get around Vancouver and area. Lots of direct routes. Hotel is quiet. Staff are courteous. Was disappointed that the pool closed days before our arrival....kids were unhappy. Also the treadmill did not work. Would prefer a hotel with a restaurant for all 3 meals in a day. All in all an ok place to stay.

“Rude service and needs major cleaning”

Smelly carpets in the hallway. Dark and musty smell. Particularly rude service desk guy. Charged for parking (not mentioned on Expedia)

“Ok basic hotel”

Close to the airport. Older rooms but clean and fairly large. Had to pay $8 per night for parking which was a surprise and when I commented about it the front desk told me all the hotels charge which wasn't true as we had stayed a block away at the travel lodge ( which was quite a bit nicer) and the accent inn at no charge for parking. It was an ok hotel for the price but there are nicer ones that are comparable in price when you add in the extra parking charge.

“Uncomfortable Inn”

Great hotel if you have been flying for the last 15hrs..... not so comfortable if not... beds at all comfort inns seems to the opposite... uncomfortable....

“Beautiful View”

I picked this hotel from the list on expedia for its reasonable price. The room was spacious and clean and from my room I could see the planes taking off. There's nothing much in the neighbourhood, but there's a Starbucks and Subway across the street. The hotel was a great place to crash before my flight the following day. The airport shuttle was very convenient.
