Our room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and more than ready to assist in any way possible to make our stay enjoyable.

checking in was a breeze, King size bed was extremeley comfortable. Staff was friendly. The complimentery breakfast with the stay was actually a decent hot meal with a variety of healthy items and not just junk cereal and donuts. Swimming pool, workout room etc...

“Great Experience”

The staff were more than helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night and even though we were not booked for that night, they let us stay and did not charge us! They recommended restaurants, gave directions, and went out of their way for us. The continental breakfast was great and the room was very nice. The bathroom was a bit older looking but we didn't mind. Although the hotel was "downtown", we didn't have a problem with parking and did not feel unsafe driving in the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Spokane Quality Inn is excellent value. Very clean and kept up. The room was comfortable with nice amenities. The complementary breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold selections. Super waffles! I congratulate management as it is clear that they do a good job in coaching staff to be very polite and accommodating of guests. Every staff member I met smiled and asked how l was and if they could assist. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the front street rooms get noise from the I90.

“Great experience”

I took a business trip to the Spokane Quality inn, and the people at the front desk were so helpful, answered all my questions and even took the time to call and ask if my room was okay. Every time I arrived back at the room, it was spotless, towels were replaced, floor was vacuumed. If needed the only thing I would speak about the hotel was the wireless, it provided a fairly weak signal from my room, but since I didn't need it for the trip, It was no big deal. Hope that helps anyone interested in the hotel.
