Great downtown Seattle hotel, close to everything. All hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant; check in and out was done in a timely manner. Room service was a bit slow but there was a lot going on; food was good. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

"Great place to stay!"
The staff is what makes this Addy I nice place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, but a little dated. It's clean, comfortable and had no issues bringing our kids. They even gave our kids complimentary milk and cookies delivered by room service. The hotel location is great, we walked to pike place and took tram to stopped needle. The valet attendant was incredibly nice and went out of their way to assist us. There restaurant Shuckers was great too! We will be back and highly recommend if you are staying in downtown Seattle.

The hotel is very well located, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side and the bathroom was very small but overall a comfortable stay as we were in the room very little and at the US Open most of the time.
