Rooms are definitely older, but quite spacious and clean. Staff are really helpful and the social hour (free wine and snacks) is quite nice. Location is excellent, quiet area but very close to Link train station and tourist spots like Pike Place.
Great stay.. Rooms were clean, nice and bigger than expected.. Friendly staff

Decent spot within the city; not too far from Pike, definitely walkable. Have a great happy hour, and nice restaurant/bar. Bathroom a bit dated. I’d stay again.
This was a great boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. Very large, clean rooms. Large bathrooms. Near plenty of restaurants. We stayed one night before our cruise.
It's a good stay. We had our family of 4 there. The rooms are big, the bathrooms were also a good size. The only issue was that there isn't a pool. Other than that, it's well located in the city and I'd stay there again. The staff were super helpful and welcoming.
Great location, friendly staff, nice charm and character. Next to the court house and across from the public library. Happy hours every day where you can sit by the fireplace and meet new people. The Italian restaurant downstairs is just perfect, intimate and one of the best spots in Seattle.
The hotel is indeed an old structure, hence the ‘Vintage’ name. My room had a soft sound, maybe plumbing related, coming out of the bathroom. No big issue once I closed the door.
The gym is offsite, just a turn right from reception. Not ideal but just a few steps.
VERY dog friendly - best dog hotel in Seattle no doubt. Don't let the adjacent big grass area next door fool you though - as an armed guard will tell you, dogs are not permitted on federal property. Room was nice, no coffee machine though. Bathroom could do with an update. Parking is on-site but $60/day. Good location for downtown, we walked to the stadium for the game, and Pike Place market. Usual Seattle caveats apply re: the homeless who loiter in their drug addled states.
The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming. It was great to find a hotel downtown that accepted dogs, however there is not really a great place to take pets to the bathroom. The federal building next door has grass but there’s a sign that says no dogs. Really no other spot to go. Valet was convenient and quick! Beds were comfortable too.
The room was ultimately fine. The hygiene products and towels were nice. Water pressure was good. My fourth floor window looked onto an alley and parking garage, with occasional garbage truck and delivery traffic. The large arm chair partially blocked the view of the TV from the bed. The elevator went down once or twice during my stay. Most concerning though, the incidental ($500, for 5 nights) and resort fees ($179.40) were pretty hefty in exchange for free coffee and wine happy hours. If my travels bring me to Seattle again, I’ll have to consider that before booking.
Went for a cruise out of Seattle. Got there a day early and had a wonderful experience. Watched our bags til the room was ready. Great checkin process. Used the light rail to get from the airport to 9 min walk to the hotel. Went to the attached restaurant and had some delicious Italian food. Walked the warf area with plenty of great shops and fun things to do. Hill is steep 4 blocks but not to bad. Would use again next time in town.
Great location, short walk to cafes and restaurants and public transportation. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is very clean and well maintained and everything was very comfortable.
