“Good Hotel”

Hotel was very clean and modern. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was typical, but nice. The staff was very friendly. Overall the hotel was great and we will go back again when in the area.

It was a very nice hotel with friendly service. Thought it was great at a good price. Only down fall was sleep past the free breakfest as ended at 10 not 11 which we had first thought.

The room was great. The staff was over the top competent and friendly, I love the noon check-out too. We will stay there next time we visit our kids.

It was a nice hotel. Room was spacious. Not much in terms of restaurants close by but a large mall is one exit away with many options there and around it. Not far from the interstate highway and airport. Room was protected from noise inside and outside. I would definately use this hotel again!

“Best kep secret in the Renton Area”

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews. I am originally from Seattle and visit the area several times a year. After finding the hotel, right off the freeway, we were pleasantly surprised. The check in was very easy. I asked for a room away from the front of the hotel; I am a light sleeper. The room was great! It has a full kitchen equipped with dishes, pans, silverware and a list if you need the hotel to get your groceries. There is a lovely seperate living space from the bedroom. The bed and pillows were very comfy! There is a Keg down the street and the mall is not far either! A car is a must if you stay at this hotel. This is very convenient if you are going to be in the south end of Seattle or Renton or Kent. Not so if you are going downtown Seattle or north. I will definitely stay here again. We don't spend too much time in hotels, we are out and about (very active). We missed breakfast, but they offer a continental breakfast each day. They have a washer and dryer if you need to use one. They also have computer access if you need to print boarding passes or surf the net. If you are looking for a clean, nice, quiet hotel with amenities, this is the place. We ate out because on vacation who wants to cook? I can't give the hotel five stars because we have stayed in very plush hotels/resorts abroad. But a solid recommendation is due here. Transportation is a must!! The hotel is kind of secluded with trees everywhere. There is no view to speak of.

“Will defintely stay again”

Nice hotel, nice front desk staff. The freshly baked warm cookies each evening were a nice touch. Only 2 complaints. The traffic noise from the highway was a bit loud with the window open and MOSTLY muffled with closed window. Housekeeping staff needs a LOT of improvement. Towels were not replaced after we followed their directions and put them on the floor for replacement. The houskeeper picked them up off the floor and hung them on the shower rod. When we returned to room they were still wet. after laying on the floor.

An unadvertised bonus. This hotel is next door to wizards of the coast HQ.
