"Overall my stay was good. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn’t ready - and this was at 4:00 pm. I had to wait until 5:30 to get my room, which I thought was very unprofessional. Being that check in is at 3:00 I’m, I didn’t feel that this was fair. The room was nice, the neighborhood was also nice - not ideal with no car. I didn’t eat here but the menu looked decent. "

So, another employee came but was in no hurry for the guests and told guests that he needed to get some breakfast before leaving. He also had to pick people up at a neighboring hotel. We called an Uber. I didn't have time for that since our flight boarded at 5:25 a.m. "
