“Nice hotel for a longer stay in particular”

All the rooms have a kitchenette, with full size refrigerator, so it is convenient for a longer stay. The rooms are cleaned every other day. The hotel is rather new, clean, and in good condition.

“Great Service, great price, great hotel”

We really enjoyed our time at Larkspur Landing in Bellevue. Every staff member we came in contact with was really nice and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and it was a great price. The room was big and the kitchen was great to have. They have free breakfast each morning, which was your usual bagels, cereal, waffles, etc., so that was nice to be able to grab something on our way out. Laundry is also free. They have detergent and fabric softener you can purchase at the front desk for cheap, but using the washers and dryers is free, which was really nice to not have to carry around a bunch of quarters. They also have a big workout room that was really nice and had a lot of equipment. We were visiting Seattle but didn't want to stay in the expensive and busy hotels right in Seattle, so Larkspur Landing was an affordable price, on a quiet street, and still close enough to Seattle that we could still go into the city each day since it is only about 20 minutes away. There were a lot of shops, restaurants, and malls around the hotel, which was really nice to just hang out in laid-back Bellevue after being in downtown Seattle during the day.

Area recommendations

We really liked Seattle but we're glad we chose to stay in a hotel outside of Seattle. We loved the location of the hotel, in Bellevue. We could recommend staying in Bellevue if you are visiting Seattle. It's only about a 20 minute drive, and there is a lot of do around Bellevue. We went into Seattle during the day, but in the evenings it was nice to get out of the busy city of Seattle and be in Bellevue. Plus, all the hotels in Seattle we were looking at were really expensive. Larkspur Landing in Bellevue was a great price and not too far away from Seattle.

“Comfortable, Quiet and Convenient”

Stayed over holiday weekend while visiting relatives. Executive suite had a great layout, kitchen and uber comfortable bed with down comforter. Took our dog, who was also welcomed by the hotel staff. Good breakfasts, friendly service; however check-out process was slow. Will stay at Larkspur Landing Seattle-Bellevue in the future.

“"It's the best choice for us"”

We were impressed when we arrived. It was inviting and warm. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. Will definitely stay at the Larkspur Landing again. Our next visit, I'll ask for the top floor, we could hear the people above us walking around during our stay.

“Perfect For My Needs”

Although I found the location of this hotel to be a bit difficult to find, I was well pleased with everything else about it. The staff was courteous and helpful, the continental breakfast was tasty with healthy options available, and the room was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the free covered parking. Overall, I thought that Larkspur Landing was an excellent value for the money, and now that I know where it is, I will be staying there again.

“A great little place if you have a dog or are not looking for top of the line.”

The hotel was fine. Not great, not bad. The front desk staff is very nice. Walls are a bit thin and I was able to hear neighbor's tv most of the night. I'd stay there again, but only because they take pets and it is convenient to my work locale. Otherwise, there are better places to stay in the area.

Getting there

Getting there is a bit of a challenge as it is on a dead end street and isn't well labeled from the street (no real signage until you come up on it).

“Only OK. I'll be back”

This was my second stay - not as good as the first, but I'll be back. It's the location that does it for me. I asked for an extra table to store some stuff on for the few days I was there - no extra tables possible. There was certainly enough floor space in the room. I complained that the bedside light was too dim (a 25 watt incandescent) and the staff replaced it with a slightly brighter CFL. Somebody on my floor set off the smoke detector - I think it was microwave popcorn. There was some confusion on the floor because the alarm in that room was sounding but the general hotel fire alarm didn't sound. Go or stay?

“Excellent value”

Nice location, next to interstate and shopping. Seattle only a 15 minutes away. Parking garage under hotel and free. Breakfast is decent and rooms are clean and neat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definately stay again.
