“Great hotel in a great location”
Very classy hotel right in downtown ... close to everything. Beds were extremely comfortable too!
“The W- Seattle”
Lived up to the name of W. Very nice, clean and classy hotel. Recommend to anyone!
“Excellent option in Seattle”
Very hip, close to everything! Every night we'd walk out to best restaurants that Seattle has to offer. One day we went Christmas shopping just down the street at Westlake. Three incredible days, thanks to the W.
“Suspect Hotel Billing Practices”
I stayed at this W for 3 nights and prepaid for my room through Expedia. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay and the room was nice. However when checked my credit card online I saw that during my stay the hotel had authorized my card for $150 PER DAY for each day I stayed there and on the final day authorized my card for another $450! In total they tied up $900 of my available credit. The total for incidentals was not even close to that, these authorization are completely excessive and a total abuse of my credit card. When I called for an explanation they said "that's just what the computer does". I am a frequent traveler and know that's not the typical industry policy. If that's how this hotel is operating I'm NEVER staying at another W again.
“Can't wait to go back!! Seriously, we're going back ASAP!”
Best hotel stay I've ever had, by far.
“Less than SPECTACULAR”
I had booked online 2 double beds in a SPECTACULAR room with a SPECTACULAR view. When checking in we were give a KING bed with a SPECTACULAR view. Unfortunately my friend and I do not sleep together and were changed to a room with 2 doubles and a view of the hotel across the street. The room itself, I would rate as a 3 star. There was nothing SPECTACULAR about it in the least. When searching for a vending machine to find something to drink after midnight, when every store around the hotel had closed, we were told the hotel didn't offer canned pop/juice. So room service delivered 2 cans of Ginger Ale and 2 bottles of coke for $26.95. When checking out, I had asked for my car to be brought up from the underground. After 15 minutes of standing outside waiting for the car, the attendant asked if we were waiting for a taxi. The valet staff were not told to fetch the car. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the choice I made with the W as they certainly do not live up to the "SPECTACULAR" claims they make on their website.
“Excellent”
I am completely satisfied with mny stay at W Seattle
“As usual, the W Hotel lives up to my standards.”
Great hotel....good location to walk to tourist places. Even an "average room" was more than large enough to sprawl out. Would stay there again.
“Very classy hotel!!”
Needed a last minute hotel for a night in Seattle after a big college football game. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise!! I'll definitely return if I make another yep to Seattle.
“Fun weekend in Seattle!”
Great hotel and location. Can't wait to go back for a fun weekend in Seattle!
