“Needs major improvement”
Availbility of staff and response time, or it is understaffed, shower faucet broken and tub not clean no sanitary strip on toilet to indicate it was cleaned, slow maid service on the weekend room not cleaned on sat. until 2:00 pm. The restaurant great and staff outstanding as well as good food , breakfast is what makes it.
“best hotel in bellvue”
Restaurant and room service were excellent. Closer to all the shops and downtown. Rooms were well maintained but looks a little old. Overall best hotel in the downtown area with reasonable prices
“Not impressed with this Hilton”
Rooms need a good detailed cleaning and/or renovation.
“Very satisfied”
The rooms are nice and large with comfortablle beds. Only thing that needed updating was part of the bathroom, but it was very nice for the money.
“Great hotel in Bellevue, WA”
the Bellevue Hilton is an older hotel, but has been updated and is in great shape. the rooms are immense, and provide ample space for larger families, or if you need to get a roll away bed in them. Rooms are all very clean. Service is very good, and handy location right off the 405. We were 20 minutes from Safeco field, to take in a Mariners game, and only about 2 minutes from Bellevue Square Mall
“Big room”
Big room, comfortable bed, clean, quite. The whole hotel is kind old, but parking is free
“Disappointed For a Hilton”
Arrived on Jun 30, 2011 and the lady that checked me in was much more friendly than the assistant manager that I dealt with on the phone. The room was very spacious but housekeeping did not vacuum once when we were there. It got to the point I wanted to ask for a vacuum and do it myself. The best thing about the hotel was the awesome bed, and being so close to the highway and shops. The hotel definately needs a makeover as it is dated. For the price that we paid I would not come back.
“Hilton - very good hotel in Bellevue”
It was a very nice experience to spend a night at Hilton Bellevue.
“Good experience”
I really enjoyed staying at the Bellevue Hilton. I found the flavored waters in the lobby to be a really nice touch. Overall, the hotel has a great atmosphere, and the lobby is really impressive. The one small thing I noticed is that I couldn't find a fan for the shower in the washroom. I may have missed it though. Also, just to be aware, there is a separate charge for internet service. Overall, I still found the price/value to be excellent.
“No free wifi”
This hotel feels like it's aging a bit, but overall it was pretty nice and quiet with friendly staff. Be aware that there is no free wifi, which can be a problem for business travelers on a budget.
