“North Idaho traveler”
Great breakfast. Parking is $20/night. Not within walking distance of the big attractions but there is plenty of restaraunts around the hotel. Bar prices are a little spendrbut not too awful front desk very friendly! Comfy bed. Could have been cleaned a little better .
“Good deal for the price”
What i didnt like about this hotel is that it wasnt in the main part of the city. The rail for the shower curtain in the bathroom seemed like it would fall off any second and when we moved the couch to pick up something that fell behind it, we realized how disgusting the carpet really was. Otherwise this hotel was a good deal for the price we paid. The buffet breakfast had enough choices to make a decent breakfast out of. I loved that i saved money for breakfast. There was a free shuttle that took us to the main part of the city and thats when we realized that the city was small enough for us to walk back to the hotel after. We had free access to the huge 24 hour gym accross the road on top of the tiny gym and pool at the hotel. And there was free coffee and tea in the hotel lobby all day. I just wish they provided milk to go with my tea. Overall i had a good experience at the hotel for the price i paid.
“Value for money in Downtownt Seattle”
Though the hotel is directly next to the I5, we never heard the slightest bit of traffic. It was a 10 min walk to downtown and Pike's Market. Slightly out of the way but never felt unsafe. Nice 24hr gym accross the street. We will stay there again.
“As expected”
Relatively close to main tourist attractions. Quality of room and service was as expected. Overall a good value for the money.
“Very satisfactory alternative to downtown hotels costing 40 to 60 percent more”
Convenient to everything in downtown Seattle, clean and comfortable and most importantly reasonably priced, which is critical in an awful business climate. While the breakfast was pretty blah, it was better than paying $50 for room service for two. We will stay there again.
“Very Good Value for the Price”
Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Coffee maker, frig and microwave in mini kitchen. Full hot breakfast included. Free newspapers. Helpful personnel at front desk. Hourly scheduled courtesy van available to take guests to several parts of the city.
“good hotel”
I have stayed in many Marriott Hotels in their multiple incarnations across the US and Canadian West. As expected, this hotel was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was rather limited. The alternative usually would be to look outside the hotel for dining but, alas, there is nothing within three blocks (that I could see) other than a Subway. So if good restaurants are what you need for a good stay this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, I had a great three days.
“A fine hotel.”
It had everything I required; breakfast, reliable and fast internet, nice front desk assistants. The beds could have been comfier, but everything else I have no complaints.
“Lovely place!”
We visited for a weekend and needed to coordinate with several different friends over a short period of time. The location was within a very convenient walk or drive to every person we needed to see (AND the Seahawks Stadium for the Sunday afternoon game) and the room itself was great! We were surprised to have a kitchenette and roomy "living room" area and everything was very clean. The front desk and valet staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Then there was the free continental breakfast which was WAY more than what I expected! It was a full on buffet. Awesome. I would certainly stay there again.
“Breakfast was great!”
The rooms were comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was huge with lots of choices.
