“Disappointment in Sea-Tac”

It was musty smelling and a bit dingy with old curtains and bed spread and the horrible smell made me feel ill...but the complementary breakfast the next day was good and there was a free shuttle to the airport.

Area recommendations

Downtown Seattle has some really nice hotels and near Sea-Tac had some nicer places. Be careful with your hotel selection and read the reviews.

“nice to stay”

nice to have stayed there. clean, comfortable room, overall good service. beakfast buffet is surprisingly good. shuttle service is not bad, though you may have to wait for a while. would stay there again.

“Waste of Money”

There is nothing good I can say about this hotel. It is run down and dumpy. The ceilings are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING from the people above you, the room key readers don't work so you always having to go to the front desk to get a new one, the room is dusty with dead bugs in the bathroom, it makes you wonder when it was last cleaned, and you find somebody's old, moldy food in your room fridge. I would not waste my time staying at this hotel again.

“A nice place to stay when in transit”

The hotel was nice. The free shuttle from and to the airport and the free breakfast are definitely good points. The room was quite comfortable, although looked not very well maintained. Considering the price and location, I think it is a great option for people doing transit or who don't want to pay a lot.

“Not Impressed”

The parking was terrible, not enough spaces. The location was terrible. The first floor of this hotel in halfway underground. The Layout of this hotel is small and not desirable. The breakfast at this hotel was quite good.

“not impressed”

I have been to different Quality Inn but wasn't impressed.As soon as i entered i smelt cigarette smoke.The bathroom smelt of urine,i had to scrub the toilet . The staff are very nice and accomodating.I will not recommend to elderly or anyone with knee or back problem.No elevator.

“Cheap option near airport”

This hotel was pretty average and close to the airport. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for 1 night before your flight then I would recommend it, but you will get what you pay for. The whole hotel could use a remodel, but the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good and helpful since we had an early flight. The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver was friendly. I would NOT recommend a stay here for more than 1 night or if you do not need a hotel close to the airport. There was A LOT of plane noise (I know this might be expected, but I've stayed at other airport hotels where there was not nearly as much noise as there was here). It was loud enough that it did make sleeping somewhat difficult. If you need to stay for several days or do not need the airport location you could probably find something just as nice or nicer in another area without so much noise. Also, we reserved a 1st floor room, it was cheaper, but there was no elevator (at least none that we found) so if you pick the first floor make sure you're ok with dragging all of your luggage up and down the stairs.
