“3 star hotel with 5 star service”

My wife and myself along with our 15 year old son enjoyed the hotel very much, the food in the breakfast buffet was very good. Personable, helpfull staff in every department we encountered.

“Will go back again soon”

When we travel we prefer three star hotels. The Marriott is located is the perfect area for shopping & restaurants we don't have in our home town. The hotel staff was very accomodating to our needs. We needed directions & within minutes they gave us a map to get us where we were headed.

“Worst customer service in years.”

Called the hotel early in the morning to find out if an early check in was possible and left name and number. Arrived at noon and told could not check in until 3. Went back at 2:30 and could finally check in. Stayed the night, room was dated, TV screen went to total static if the table was bumped or even if door was open and closed. The next day I noticed cleaning staff start cleaning rooms first thing in the morning so not sure why a person can not check in at noon??? Raised my concern at front desk which was met with a blank stare and open mouth and really did not care at all. I will never stay hear again.

“Second stay, still happy”

The staff exemplifies the friendly, courteous nature you find all over the Seattle area, and are always willing to help or answer questions. The location was handy for visiting nearby family as well as jumping on I-5 to head in to the city. The coffee stand in the adjacent parking lot is great, too! The only down side was the noisy air conditioner unit, similar to many other hotels/motels at this level.

“Someone was smoking”

We were on the second floor. The second night the hallways wreaked like smoke. When we arrived at the hotel we could see people on the third floor hanging out their room window smoking. We called the front desk immediately as we do not like the smell and they had received the complaint already and seemed as if it was not big deal. The hotel was very nice and clean. I would stay again but ask for a refund if the halls smelled like smoke and never get a third floor room!

Close to good food and highway.
