“Clean, Comfy and Friendly”

We wanted a hotel with easy access to shopping and restaurants that was clean and comfortable, so we could hang out in the room too. This hotel easily fit the bill. The employees were very friendly, the room was ready and clean, the room felt like a good size. The breakfast was slightly better than the average continental breakfast. I'd definitely come here again.

“Will stay here again.”

Super satisfied with this hotel. Incredibly friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the manager's reception was a nice little extra. Good locaton - easy to get to Alderwood Mall.

Seattle Premium Outlet Mall is about 20 miles north and Alderwood Mall is within walking distance.

“OFFERS SO MUCH MORE”

Pre-booked but arrived very early. We were checked in early by the very helpful receptionist. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms and include breakfast, evening snacks, free laundry and free internet. It is a great option for anyone travelling but may be a little off the beaten track for general sightseeing.

“great location for shopping”

Great location for shopping. Our room was nice but cramped when the sofabed was pulled out and we had to find somewhere to stash the desk chair. It was very nice to have a "happy hour" in the afternoon and a free breakfast, but we found that the lineup and lack of a place to eat were enough of a deterrant that we passed on both the second day.

“Had everything you'd need.”

Very clean with very friendly staff on check-in/out as well as for dining times. Full breakfast and light dinner (with beer/wine) provided win cost of hotel (although we didn't need more than a small snack later in the evening). Pool/hot tub was typical for a hotel, no need for anything more in you're only staying a few evenings. Exercise room was adequate. Rooms/beds were good sized and comfy. For the shoppers: the hotel shares a parking lot with Nordstrom's Rack and only a few minutes from the Alderwood Mall!!! I'd definitely stay here again.

Area recommendations

The hotel is so close to the Alderwood Mall. It's a perfect place to stay for shopping (we did back to school stuff). You can even save money by eating breakfast and dinner at the hotel......FOR FREE!!!!!

“Comfortable convenient hotel”

At check in there was a problem with our room..(booked a queen room with sofa bed on this website) ...but our room only had a queen bed . Not suitable for 3 people...they did bring us a cot, but it is a bit annoying as that was not what I booked or paid for. Other than that, the room was comfortable, great breakfast and happy hour, good pool, and the location just perfect for shopping and restaurants. Having the free shuttle service is a nice perk. I would stay at this hotel again even though we had the problem with our room.

“Great location for weekend shopping trip!”

The hotel has all the amenities that a person could need and the location is very close to all the good shopping in Lynnwood. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.
