“Great value.”
Clean, centrally located, great value for a hotel in the heart of Rome. Would recommend it to everyone.
“fantastic boutique hotel”
brilliant accomodation- breakfast served in your room or in tiny lounge. rooms large spacious and brilliant value. location excellent
“Really cool and comfortable”
We booked this hotel for 3 nights in Rome, looking for someplace to stay near Piazza Navona. Its a tiny hotel on a small street about a 5-10 minute walk from the Piazza. The price was great. We had several relatives staying at other places for similar prices, and this was by far had the biggest room and most amenities. They also provided a wonderful breakfast. The only criticism I have was that the room on the upper floor got pretty hot, even with AC. Would definitely stay here again.
“Excellent location”
As a lone female traveller in Rome, I was looking for a hotel rated minimum 4*, within good walking distance to all tourist attractions and located in an safe area to roam about at night. The hotel met with all my expectations as I had read the reviews and the staff were very friendly and helpful (I spoke to all three staff at the reception desk as they worked 3 shifts during the day). I was allocated Room # 7 at the top level which was very spacious with 3 beds. Only thing is, the bathroom was not equipped with an overhead shower, so you either take a bath or use the handheld shower head. Breakfast was served in the room and you could select any items from a breakfast list. When checking-out, there wasn't a separate room to hold the luggage so that had to be left near the reception area. Having said that, the staff kept a close watch on the luggage and they stored my laptop separately. To get to reception, you have to go past a boutique located at the front of the hotel. Therefore, I wasn't worried about anybody roaming in and stealing my luggage as you had to go past the lady tending the boutique and the reception desk. Location wise, it was excellent and within walking distance to all sites. The area is also very safe at night.
“A lovely, welcoming hotel in an excellent location”
This is a tiny hotel, very centrally located just off Corso Vittorio Emanuele and within easy walking distance of most sites and attractions. There is a bus stop close by but the nearest Metro (Ottaviano)is quite a walk away ie north of the Vatican. We did'nt enter through a boutique but a proper Reception area. Breakfast was served in a very small breakfast room although you could have it in your room too. Breakfast was cereal, rolls plus freshly cooked eggs, bacon etc but no beans or toast. Our room was tastefully decorated and furnished and scrupulously clean, as was the bathroom. We managed very well with the hand-held shower. The bathroom was very well-appointed. I totally agree with other reviews in that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - a great bonus as I was staying with my 2 children. I normally prefer modern 'chain' hotels but this hotel was a delight.
“Rome - Relais”
Great location. Just across the river from the Vatican. Continental breakfast was included and was enjoyable. Very spacious room. Only inconvenience was that the bathroom had a tub with a shower head hose (not a true shower). But for one night, it wasn't an issue (different and funny). If you enoy bubble baths, it would be great!
“Fantastic!!”
We were a group of 10 (5 couples) staying in rome for 3 days prior to a cruise. The hotel has 6 rooms, so we virtually had the place to ourselves. The rooms were clean & spacious, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were absolutely fantastic! They couldn't be more accomodating.... Highly recommended!!
“Staff couldnt do enough”
The hotel is hidden in the back streets, just 10 mins from the Vatican. The staff could not do enough for us and were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us and meant that we spent the week walking between the Vatican, Colesseum and the various Piazza's. Loads of fab restaurants in the back streets surrounding the hotel. If we return to Rome, we will def return to this hotel. Ciao
“A good option for exploring Rome”
Quite an experience to stay in a Boutique hotel, The staff just cannot do enough for you. My only reservation was that the breakfast was brought to your room and you therefore never got to know other guests - a small price to pay for Rome. Great room with tea/coffee making facility totally alien in Europe. Would recommned the hotel anytime.....
“Nice Hotel, Great Location”
We stayed at this hotel in June of 2010 and you could not ask for a better location. We were a short walk to all major attractions and only a couple of blocks from the Piazza Navona. The room was nice and spacious compared to most European hotels. We had a triple room. Our only complaint is the room did not put out a lot of cold air and there was a lot of street noise which is expected. The buffet breakfast was just so-so and did not change much each day. I would pass on the breakfast the next time

Navona - Pantheon, Rome, Italy: In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Romes most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Berninis baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon one of Romes great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
