“Great hotel”
Great hotel, great location and good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful, stayed 3 nights and could not fault the place.
“Excellent location, easy to get to all places of interest”
Nice hotel, excellent location. Some really nice restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable, however it states tea making facilities in the room. This is not so, you have to ask for them. If you order room service it is really expensive and the snacks in the room are not complimentary. Breakfast was good and sets you up for the day.

“Roma/Mondial November 2009”
This hotel is maintained immaculately. We have stayed there 3 times. My only wish is that they would bring back the coffee they use to have because the new coffee is a disaster but I go outside to the Bar on the left? Geoffrey's? and it's beutiful coffee right beside my favorite hotel and the location works like a dream for travel. By foot the Vatican is about 40 minutes, shopping is excellent whichever way we turn. I love the Hotel Mondial-
“Right on the Money!”
Between the helpful hotel staff to the handy location that afforded one the opportunity to walk to the train station and also its close proximity to the sights, one could not ask for a better location than the Best Western Mondial. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed there for two nights when I first got to Rome and two nights at the end of my stay in Italy. I will definitely stay there when I do return to Rome.

I had my reservation because of all the comments I read about the area. I am very happy with the overall service and comforts of the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful. Very close to the the Metro, restaurants and tour buses. Highly recommended
“Ideal location”
What a lovely, friendly hotel; I can't recommend it enough. And what a bonus the breakfast room is; not just a roll and coffee but the full works, they even laid out a platter of Easter egg chocolate on Easter Sunday & Monday! Saves you so much time, not to mention the money. A ten minute walk to the Colosseum, past all the lovely shops on the Via Nazionale, what more could you wish for? Will definitely go back.
“I'll Be Back Next Year”
Extrememly convenient location, only 3 blocks from the Termini, plenty of good restaurants, and good shopping. Area was safe, quiet, with all conveniences nearby. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food, and the waiters were efficient and cheerful. They had my coffee ready within minutes and knew my name within a couple of days. They all shook my hand when I left. I look forward to coming back next year.

hotel is centrally enough placed ( once we got our bearings) to be able to get to everywhere we wanted. Air conditioning very welcome, room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good choice as did the bar whihc was not overpriced. Staff helpful ( except not knowing the times of mass at the local church).
“Excellent Hotel”
The customer service is beyond excellent. It is normal to experience that one out of ten staffs are not approachable. The complimentary breakfast are excellent. The location is accessible to everything (transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc). The Spanish Steps (where also you can find the all singatures brands, i.e. gucci, fendi, etc) is only 2 stops from the hotel metro station. The metro station and buses are one block from the hotel. The train station (transportation to other europe countries) is 5 to 10 miutes walking. If you would like the tours in Rome and other parts of Italy, the hotel will provide you all the information. They will pick and drop you off to the hotel. Hotel from the airport is 30 minutes. Either you can go by taxi (from USD55 to USD70) or by bus. From the airport you can get a bus for USD25 (prices varies). The only comment I have is the single bed. They are really really small. Only the infant can fit in the room. Maybe this is how the european style is. If you want a bigger and more spacious room, get the double bed room (for 2 people). I travelled alone and I am glad I reserved the double bed. You will enjoy staying in that hotel. I don't mind of staying to the hotel again in my next visit to Rome.
