“Great Stay, Highly Recommend”
We had a really good time. The staff was extrememly friendly. There were times when the pool was really busy, but still fun.
“Incredible value, beautiful hotel”
This is a wonderful value. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and service excellent. Lots of families. Might want to ask for a room that is not near the generator if possible. Bring nice clothes to have access to all of the restaurants.
“A Very Nice Hotel”
This hotel was very nice. We went there for a wedding which was beautiful. The wedding planner was consistently late and we had to call her a total of 6 times during the trip because she was late meeting us. We participated in the fun activies pretty much everyday and many times they had good live bands at night. We ate all 6 restaurants and found very good food to eat at all of them. the bars were really fun and the people that work there are a lot of fun as well. We also went to the Mayan Ruin Coba which was one of the most amazing things we have ever done. It is the only ruin that you can climb to the top still and it is well worth it!
“Very Impressed”
We "oo'd and awww'd" as soon as they dropped us off at the front door. It was gorgeous and very clean. They also had the friendliest staff that I've ever seen!
“Perfect Getaway in the Turqoise Ocean-Mexico Style!!”
This was an amazing experience for both my girlfriend and I. The food was GREAT!! All different types of cuisines. The Mexican food was good, not great, Suprisingly. Yet the other restuarants were delicious. The Breakfast was the Best!! The hotel itself was extremely nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room service was great. The different pools was a pleasure, because one side was for the drunks, while the other side was for quiet relaxation. The blue Ocean waters were EVERYTHING!!! Snorkeling was 5 feet off the shoreline! Very rocky so be careful, yet amazing fish to see. The beach was very quiet as well, got a chance to do some Meditation!! The grounds were immaculate, very clean and very beautiful with flowers and plants/trees. The spa was Great, but expensive of course. Make sure you plan to goto Tulum City, Mayan Ruins and to a Cenotes to swimm/snorkel, be warned that the water there is FREEZING!! **Only BAd Thing was that the BEDs SUCKED! Everything else was perfect!!
“fantasy island!”
hotel is magnificent. service and attention to detail is excellent. it's a bit off the beaten track - which we loved - and staff and accommodations were tops. it's our second time and we will be back.
“Dreams tulum was truly a DREAM”
The resort was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The garden view rooms toward the back of the hotel were not as new as the ocean view however for the price it was great. Definitely plan on visiting all DREAMS resort. All inclusive even included room service! great stay!
“Very nice”
Family vacation with teenage daughter. Hotel was very relaxing. Great food. Nice atmosphere for families and couples. Friendly staff
“Really all inclusive”
wonderful view from our ocean front room. everything seems to be included (we didn't use spa- so do not know about that). Breakfast buffet is bountiful. Only negative is that most of the water adjacent to the lovely beach is rocky and thus can only enter the sea in one limited area
