“Very nice location, Management very helpful.”

Somehow the first room key we were given was to a room that had only been 1/2 cleaned.. Management was VERY upset and took quick steps to get us moved to another very nice room. While there we found our stay very nice, the bed was very confortable, the room was like a home away from home with everything we could need. We will go out of our way to stay here again on our next trip.

“Just Fine”

For what it was -a place to stay for one night after a late flight, this place was an excellent value. Room was redone and the nicest motel room I've ever come across.

“Don't judge a book by its cover.”

I expected a run-down, one night stay kind of place, but instead, this place was as nice inside as many of the 3 and 4 star luxury hotels I've stayed in. They probably can't do much to the outside of the place, but they totally remodeled the inside of the rooms into really great luxury accommodations. Took the shuttle from Portland airport and my shuttle driver was one of the nicest I've ever had - she was great. Then the front desk manager was also extremely nice and helpful.

“Very nice place to stay”

The hotel was very nice and the hotel service was excellent. Great location near the airport with shuttle service. The Maxrail was right behind the hotel which takes you downtown.

“What a great place!”

This hotel is very convenient because it's directly next to a MAX station so it's easy to get to downtown Portland, and it's very clean, lovely and SO much cheaper than any place in downtown that would be twice the price. The breakfast is good too! We will definitely stay there again.

“We highly recommend. Great value, quality room and service!”

Our family chose this hotel with only two stars (over others we researched rated with more stars) because of the good reviews we read about it on Expedia.com. We apparently did the right thing by going with the reviews from fellow travelors rather than AAA's ratings because we were extremely well pleased with everything! The room decor was elegant with beautiful pieces of furniture. Even the fridge and microwave were enclosed in an attractive wooden wardrobe cabinet, as well as ther bathroom sink. There were four comfy pillows for each queen bed. We were delighted with the beautiful, spotless, granite shower and granite countertops for the sink and food prep areas. The desk clerks were extemely helpful and met our every need. There was fresh fruit available in the office all day long. The extended continental breakfast was above and beyond what we expected. Our room was so quiet that we didn't even hear the two motorcyclists that arrived to take occupancy in the room next door during in the night. The motel was in an older part of town, but our room was clean, safe, and very pleasant. We will definitely be checking out other Quality Inns in the future.

“Excellent”

Very nice motel, clean rooms and a good full breakfast. I've stayed at a few other motels in this area and this is the best one I've found.

“Amazing value - we even tried to stay extra nights!”

Very convenient to PDX airport. Friendly shuttle service. Very helpful front desk staff. "Sacred Grounds" Espresso bar was excellent. Rooms renovated I assume. Beds were amazing - as good as the Westin Heavenly beds. Highly recommended. We stayed in July 2008. Wireless internet was free and easy to access. Close to Elmers Restaurant and other shopping too

“Great all-around experience”

Great hotel for a super fair price. Newly remodeled rooms are a steal for the price and location of the property. Will stay here EVERYTIME a room is needed in the area!
