“Quaint place in the 6e”
The rooms are not big, but in a European hotel, that's not much of a surprise. The lack of reception area was a little strange, since there isn't anyone on-site all the time. But the maid service was wonderful. The location is also great, not even a block away from St. Sulpice, and very close to St. Germain Blvd. I enjoyed the neighborhood, though it doesn't settle down until late. If you're looking to be pampered, this hotel is not for you. But if you're an experienced Euro traveler, and are self-sufficient, (and you don't mind hard mattresses), this place is for you.
“Good value for money”
Very good value. The room was modern and clean and we had everything we needed. It was very small but adequate for a short break. The fridge and hob were a bonus. The cleaner came every day. The location was only a short walk to the metro and the area seemed quite safe at night. Would not hesitate to return to this accomodation or area.
“A fine place to crash”
Just need an inexpensive box with a clean bed to sleep in? This place is fine. A perfect choice for a flexible budget traveler who doesn't need their hand held on a trip. No amenities or breakfast, etc., but good value for what you pay. Stayed in room 21, which was suprisingly quiet, considering the ruckus outside. Good location.
“Location is great”
Apartment was a stretch for this one room set with a kitchen, bed and closet. It was fine but could use a shelf or two and also some hooks behide door or on wall. It was well located and we were not in the room much. The area around the hotel has wonderful crepes and the metro is very close. There is no concierge but the great location made up for any short comings.
“Great location & affordable”
This is a place to stay if you are looking for a functional hotel with little extra. If you want room service or turn down or anything else, book another place. This is best for travelers seeking a room to sleep in. I especially recommend this hotel if you want to "do as Romans do" (or rather Parisiennes). It has comfortable enough beds, good sized bathrooms and a tiny kitchenette - great for storing cold drinks (champaign perhaps) and heating up Traiteur foods (think US deli).
“Nice location, noisy nights”
This hotel is an excellent location on the left bank and a very lively neighborhood. However, if you like a quiet nights sleep this is not the place. A bar and many restraurants are located just below your window. It was difficult to sleep. However, the food in the neighborhood is absolutely excellent, a crepes place 2 minutes walk, and lots of great streets to explore.
“Good location, worth the money”
The only problem was that each time someone moved in or out, we were disturbed by the noises from using the cupboard (used to store keys and such), which was just next to our room door. That, however, was not frequent and all in all we enjoyed the stay there. With a bit of luck you will not get a room where we had it.
“Room”
If you want a clean room in central Paris at a reasonable price this is ideal, but don't expect a hotel.
“très bonne résidence”
quartier idéal à 2 pas commerces, facultés, tres calme ,coin cuisine sympa
“Great value”
Not a bad spot at all, the room is fine even though it is a bit small. The stairs and lift also take a bit of negotiating. The cooking equipment and fridge/microwave are very handy, especially for saving a bit of money. Kept very clean and tidy. In a great area if you like some lively bars and tasty restaurants. Also it is in a fantastic location to explore the city from, being very central to everything. Would recommend.
