“Great stay!!”
My family of five just returned from Disney's Saratoga Springs. We have 3 children. The property is sprawling and reminded me of an apartment community. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in Congress Park. Great location to Downtown Disney (walking distance) and very easy to walk to bus pick up location. Our room was perfect for the size of our family and offered my husband privacy having our own bedroom. Just from our bus rides, I noticed that Congress Park, the Paddock, Carosaul, and the Springs were the most convenient locations. Great pools, especially the pool at the Paddock. It offered a great water slide, activities for children and families, as well as a separate area for those children under 46 inches. The kitchen was great. We had purchased snacks, drinks, and cereal which was great in terms of saving some money on breakfast. Also had a stove, microwave and dishwasher. We did utilize the washer and dryer as well. Great to come home with all clean clothes!!
“Suites with lots of room!”
Large family suites with room for everyone! The kitchen was an awesome asset to help keep down some of the food costs. Full-size fridge and on-site market allow guests to keep snacks and drinks on hand. Housekeeping cleaned the dishes I had left for later - excellent unexpected surprise!! Overall enjoyed staying at Saratoga Springs! Only negative was that we are not Disney Vacation Club members so some of the kids' activities cost money. It seemed like we were the only non-members.... but it was still a great experience both with the accommodations and the extremely helpful staff!!!
“Agreable sejour”
Notre sejour fut tres agreable. Nous avons eu une probleme d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours mais nous avons obtenu une compensation. Donc notre bilan final est tres positif
“Great experience”
Had a great time. This hotel was perfect for my family. Carpets and furniture was a little worn.
“Great Hotel”
I actually have a DVC at this hotel, and April was the first time I stayed there. Saratoga Springs is beautiful. You are in the heart of disney (which is what I love), yet you also feel relaxed and away from the madness (which is what my boyfriend loves). I stayed in the Congress Park section and it was a short walk to Downtown Disney. The gym was great. The springs pool did get very crowded in the afternoon, but there are many other "quiet" pools to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
“Quiet and relaxing, yet near the action”
WDW trip 15! I was a little concerned since this was our first 3 generation trip in 25 years and include 50, 30, teens, 2 and 4 year olds. The 2 bedroom suite was larger than some apartments I've lived in and slept all 8 comfortably. We were only a 5 minute walk from the main Springs pool which the littlest and oldest all appreciated. The little ones liked the pool and slides so much we only did 2 days at the parks. We also had the Grandstand pool, whirlpool, and bar just out the front door which the 15-35 year olds loved. Bus rides to the parks are probably the longest on Disney property, but the stops were close to the entrances and the waits were typically 10 minutes. The boat ride to Downtown Disney was slow, but still a bit faster than the walk (about 15 minutes).
“Wonderful family option”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saratoga Springs. It was close enough to all the theme parks while also being very close to a vast array of restaurants just off the property. Great pools or the kids but adults may be disappointed if anyone is looking for a pool over 4 feet deep. Rooms with kitchenettes are very clean and up to date. Although we only used the microwave and coffee maker, a full dinner would work fine in this fully stocked kitchenette.
“the best of resorts at disney”
We had all the comforts of home in our disney villa. There was plenty of room for evreyone. and then some. Not only that but it was beautiful. The spacious private bathroom with separate toilet, shower, and jacuzzi tub. I didn't wnat to leave the room. the only downfall is that our villa a good walk from our bus stop to the parks and even further to the front of the hotel where restaurants were. Other than that it was fabulous.
“Truly a nice place to stay!”
I have to admit that I didn't expect to like the hotel as much as I did. The room was very clean and everything you need to keep that way is provided for you. We had a sink, fridge, microwave and even a toaster in our room! The landscaping and flowers were breathtaking. I liked that it was so close to Epcot and Downtown Disney. I would stay here again!
“Can't wait to go back”
The overall experience was great, with large rooms. Very comfortable.
