“Wonderful Stay”
I stayed at stanford for 2nights right before the christmas. I also visited NYC last year and paid much more for the worse room. Hotel standford has nice and clean room. Rooms are kind of small, but no problem to just stay at night. large and clean bathroom. Subway is just a few steps away. I will definitely go back!!!
“Great location and price”
We stayed for one night and were surprised with the quality, compared to other similarly priced hotels in the city. I really recommend it.

L'Hôtel était parfaitement situé, proche de l'Empire State building et d'autres lieux touristiques...à deux pas du métro ! Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Chambre très confortable (attention à la climatisation un peu forte pour les français). Hôtel à recommander
“Hotel Stanford excellente situaton”
L'hôtel est non seulement tres bien situé (a 5min de Penn Station et de Macy's) mais il est egalement tres propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est compris et bien garni. Le seul hic, si votre chambre est côté rue elle sera un peu bruyante....
“Excelent location”
Well what a place. Excellent location just a street away from the Empire State Building,three streets from Macey's, 8 minutes walk to Time Square and only 100 metres from a subway. Rooms were on the small side however no complaints what so ever. Very Very clean, and friendly staff. Ideal location for a base to go and explore New York. When, not if I go back to New York I will definitely go back to this hotel if available.
“Very Nice”
Only two blocks down from the 456Train and very clearly marked as to be easy to find. Everyone was friendly and the interior was clean and welcoming.

With the hotel only being a 2 star I wasnt expecting too much. however I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was very helpful, and the hotel is in a good location aswell.
“Nous y retournons dès que possible”
Super hôtel pour sa catégorie, Très bien placé. Métro (2 lignes) au pied de l'hôtel, les autres à 1 avenue. Comme il est dans un petite rue, il est moins bruillant que les hôtel sur les grandes avenues la chambre en étage élevé est obligatoire à New York, la chambre était très grande (télé, canapé, fauteuil, coiffeur, commode, ...) Seul bémol, le bruit de l'extracteur dans la salle de bain (infernal), lorsqu'il était en route (via l'interrupteur de la lumière). Les gens de l'hôtel sont très accueillant.
“Great Hotel”
We arrived in New York just before midnight on 18th December and were quickly checked in by Reception. Our room was on the third floor and we had a Junior suite. Great if there is three or four of you. It has two double beds, a sofa and armchair, so lots of space. There is internet access from the Business Centre in the hotel and all you pay for is any printing you need. The location of the Stanford was excellent. It is just one block from Macys and one block from the Empire State Building. Also its not far from the Flat Iron building or Madison Square Gardens and Park. One of the best burgers can be bought and eaten at the Shake Shack in Madison Square Park. The staff are friendly and the doorman is very helpful.My family and I would go back to the hotel tomorrow.
“Definitely a bice place to stay, will go back!”
Nice and convenient place, 1 block away from Penn Station. Easy to access, close to restaurants in a pleasant neighborhood. The room was small but nice, clean, convenient and silent (I was on the 12th floor). The breakfast is basic but quite nice. I recommended this hotel to a couple of people already. Will definitely go back.
