“Honeymoon”
We were on our honeymoon and everyone went out of their way to give us a wonderful experience on our stay....
“We're coming back”
The room had a terrific view - right on the waterfront. Our suite was clean and tasteful -the beds a tad too firm perhaps. Just right for a family of four - separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining area. Staff attentive and helpful. Very sizable pool faces the ocean. Hotel is accessible to many restaurants and even a grocery/home center so we could easily stock up on snacks and beverages to keep in the room's refrigerator. Wish it had a coffee maker and a microwave - our only complaint. We plan to return in a couple of months.
“The best hotel in Manzanillo”
This is the best hotel in Manzanillo, I have been twice here and my hids love it, is very confortable, well located, the food and the service is excellent. The rooms are great and the staff are very kind. I will continue comuing back.
“"can't wait to go back"”
My family and I were in a city 2 1/2 hours from Manzanillo when we were suggested not to leave the area without going to see Manzanillo. So, it was a last minute booking through expedia and originally booked it for one night (not knowing what to expect "for such a good deal" when we got there it was beautiful the rooms were marvelous. I immediately asked if they had availability (which they did) and the staff actually suggested to book through Expedia for the greater deal) they even let me use the front desk computer, since my laptop was having trouble connecting to the internet. We stayed three days and two nights.
“Can't wait to go back it was perfect and wonderful”
The place was perfect! It was in walking distance to restaraunts, grocery store (that was in a mall and a bank). We found a taco stand that was wonderful on the way to the mall it was called Tacos Del Gerros (sp). Great mexican food for very cheap. The hotel was spottless. I watched them power wash and clean the hotel every day. The staff was so hospitable. The spa was wonderful. I recommed the messages and facials. They felt great!!! The hotel was so relaxing and laid back that it was a paridise for us. We will be planning on going back next year for a family reunion.
“Camino Real”
New hotel. Many parts are quite elegant. They still have a few kinks to work out. Great restaurant and service.
“Best customer service ever”
We spent only a night at Camino Real Manzanillo, but it was such a nice experience. The hotel was full and we got a free upgrade to their presidential room. Way to go Camino Real! 5 out of 5 stars!
“Interesting option for families in Manzanillo”
The Camino Real opened recently and is still working out some issues (elevators weren't working when I stayed there - not a problem for me but could have been a big deal for folks having trouble with stairs). The "rooms" are actually 2 bedrooms / 2 bathroom appartments, with a fully equiped kitchen where all the cabinets have been - surprisingly - condemned, maybe to encourage the use of room service. If you're looking for a resort with all kind of activities, this is not the place for you. On the other end, if you're looking for a nice beach front hotel (All rooms have balconies and directly overlook the beach with a nice view of the surf and the peninsula of Las Hadas)and are traveling with a family, this may well be the best deal in Manzanillo.
“Great place to relax”
Camino Real Manzanillo is a great to place to stay and relax looking and listening to the Ocean waves and watching the birds dive for fish. Great swimming pool and close to the shopping if this is what you like or just walking along the beach. They have a great restaurant, you can sit inside or outside. Nice staff and very helpful. Overall great stay.
“Loved it, will look for the same hotel chain other places I travel.”
Room was Awesome, beautiful and clean. The pool area was grat and kid friendly. The beach was a few steps off the pool area. Only bad thing was that food and drinks at the hotel were very expensive.
