“Clean but Too Hot”

The hotel was clean and well equiped. The only problem was considerable noise in the corridor at 3am for a couple of nights including a child running round, Also unfortunately it was very hot and we could only turn the thermostat down to 22 degrees and it would not stay down, it seemed to be set at 26, so we had to have the windows open, a waste of money I think.

“Beautiful suites horrible air control”

The apartment was fantastic with full amenities, washer, dryer, dishwasher, frig, freezer the whole works. Unfortunately it was hot in London the week I was there and there is no AC. The subfloor heating doesn't provide for cooling. Great big door to the deck which would have allowed the hot air out but it was locked and they would not provide a key (also a fire hazard). Only one window above the door which would swing open about 6 inches - not enough to help. Complaining only resulted in them providing a fan. The room never went below 95 degrees the whole time I was there even when it cooled down outdoors.
