“Very good hotel,great location,would definitely stay again.”

Great place to stay in London,100 feet from Leicester Square (trees,flowers,a green oasis). Official hot tickets booth and good, reasonably priced restaurants/pubs all around. Hotel clean, up to date. Desk personnel very helpful. Took hr to get ice for wifes swollen foot one nite but next nites fine. A great London experience

“Couldn't have asked for more”

Everything is on your doorstep - Leicester Square, The West End, Oxford Street - everything is only a short walk away so this is an ideal location for sightseeing etc. Beautiful hotel - good size rooms and very comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful. I would definately stay here again and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

“Excellent service and central location”

Great service and excellent breakfast which we booked with the room. The front desk staff were very helpful, efficient and most accomodating eg. assisting us with travel arangements The location is great for walking everywhere, from St Pauls to South Kensington. It was great having access to a computer in the hotel for emails.Rooms are a bit smaller than North American standards but the king bed was terrific and the showers are great!

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. This was the second time we had stayed there, and both times the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location could not be better. The rooms are clean with every modern convenience. We stayed in a standard room for one night. If you are considering more than one night and there are two of you, I would consider upgrading to a larger room. Internet is fast and free!

“Very Impressed”

Great location, extremely friendly and kind staff.Room on the small side but very clean and quiet despite busy area. Good breakfast but cooked element took a bit too long to be served. Only minor complaint.A little more pricey than we would normally choose but well worth the extra for the location.

Très bon hôtel, l'accueil est parfait, le personnel très accueillant, les chambres sont très propre et non bruyante si l'on considère que l'on se trouve en plein Leicster square.
