“with reservations. the only thing is it is clean”
We have stayed for years (4) they used to have plate Cups & utensils (No More) tyhe reason that we stay there is so we can make breakfast & some times other meals. We had toto the office for cups and glasses, couple of day to get towels. That being said the place for the most part is clean, It used to be better manager than know. I guess the economy is getting to it. we would stay again but only if we drove down so we could take the kitchen supplys.
“Great suites!”
We liked our stay at siena suites. Hotel was neat and well maintained. Front office staff was cordial and helpful. Has a park opposite to it. Rooms are very clean. Appliances are nice and new. Would definitely like to stay there again when we go back.
“Comfort, no glitz”
My first impression with Siena Suites was not a good one. I booked a room with a king size bed 5 months in advance for an anticipated trip to Vegas. When we arrived there we were given a room with two full size beds instead. And the fire alarm in the room was beeping because of low batteries. After a long day of travel these two problems were very hard to take. I called the front desk and inquired about it, and they told me that they had given away all the king size beds. One might imagine I was quite upset about this. After some argument the man at the front desk said he'd be able to accommodate me and we were put in a room with the king we had reserved, which was somewhat redeeming for this place, but the fact that I had to go through this in the first place is definitely a big minus. The room itself was spacious and served quite well. It's nothing fancy, but for a hotel this far off the strip that's to be expected. They are rather spartan with the supplies for the room however. Pillows, blankets, towels, soap etc were all in short supply, we had to specifically request additional items. We were provided with them, but once again it would be nice to just have them there. All in all, this place was mediocre. Our requests were accepted when pushed, but it would have been nice to just not have to worry about these things. It's an okay option on a tight budget, but I wouldn't stay here again.
“full kitchen with nothing to cook with”
I liked the hotel location and roominess, but each suite has a fully equipped kitchen with no pots, pans, cuttlery, no plates or cups, so the kitchen cannot be used. It is completely bare. There is a coffee maker and one serving of coffee, but thats it. So to cook in the kitchen will cost you the price of the room in utensils to cook with. very disappointing., . The bad thing is that they advertize a fully equipped kitchen when it clearly is not.fully equipped.
“Disappointed this time”
We have stayed here previously. It is conveniently located for us, is pet friendly, and there is a great open park next door for dog walking. This time we booked the hotel for other family members as well as ourselves and were very disappointed with the cleanliness and general condition of the rooms. The rooms had not been cleaned well prior to check in, nor during our stay. The suites have a stove, refrigerator, and coffee pot but not one utensil or plate - nor cup for drinking the coffee.
“Good for the Price Only”
I will admit, the room was very spacious and it does look like a converted one-bedroom apartment. The downside: the lady working the front desk was extremely rude. Before checking in, I walked out and left in the hopes someone else would be behind the counter when I came back. This might be the least expensive hotel I have ever stayed in in Vegas so I was not expecting a lot. The room kind of smelled like cheetos or soup when we came in and the mattress was extremely firm. I was tempted to sleep on the couch becuase the mattress felt like sleeping on the floor. The location is about 10-15 minutes from the strip so not bad if you have some business to handle in Las Vegas. I recommend this place only if you do not intend on spending a lot of time in the room and you just need a place to get dressed.
“great place for the price”
good location good help out front, even gave advice on place to eat good price
“Horrible stay!! Didnt have clean towels or toilet paper!!”
I will never stay there again!!
“okay stay”
okay room top floor great!!! people were loud under us and lots of language!!! great value no utesels or anything to use but great value
“Nice Hotel, Staff ... not so much”
Nice location, and the rooms were nice. The staff didn't seem like they were having a good night ;-). The pool was COLD, and so was the hot tub - very disappointing for two young boys. The room key didn't work, but the maintence.security guy fixed it right away. Ove all, a fine place to stay.
