Took 1.5 hours, (90 minutes) to find out unable to meet confirmed reservation. Pool drained, try to offer pass to a different hotel. Mosquito in lobby, legs eaten up. Hot water on bathroom brown. Very very bad experience On duty management did not want to be distributed, catering a class reunion Last 2 rattling just so system accept evaluation.

Nail on floor and we found room with two doors disturbing in terms of security. Should have asked for another room. Breakfast staff was unhelpful and lethargic.

Very good for the price.

Pros: Staff and price.
Cons: For the price, nothing.
Location: Nice family-owned Italian restaurant called Lazzari, great place!
The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, with average amenities, but a pleasant stay. Be sure to note that the hotel's sign by the road does not have lighting. It is easy to miss at night. I'll definitely stay there again, especially for the price.

The best rate available for acceptable comfort.

Pros: The ladies that checked me in and out were both very nice.
Cons: The facility appears to be well maintained, yet is ready for complete renovation.
Location: A good place to stay if you need easy access to ASU.
The only disappointment I had with the place was that tHeywanted to charge me for orange juice at the free breakfast.

Hotel stay was comfortable. There was a wind storm that occured before our arrival. The storm knocked out electricity in the town. During our stay, we didn`t have telephone service and our cells did not work. The room had an odd, old smell, the toilet flooded on our last day. Not worst the price quoted. But the staff was great. The restaurant, which is leased to someone is a distaster! Recommend new owner! Not pleased!

NOT as advertised

No water in the hot tub. Pool water was disgusting and had paint flaking off the bottom. Hotel is very old and in need of repairs and renovations. Unsavory characters hanging around outside. Hotel is one of the cheaper options in Jonesboro for a reason. If you want to stay in a nasty room and get rude service to save a few dollars then this is the place for you.

Everything was so-so, until breakfast. None!!!

Pros: Convenience to highway.
Cons: Just about everything from staff to facilities.
Location: Good choice of restaurants nearby from fast food to local inexpensive and moderately priced steak houses. Several of other better hotels at same rate.
We were disappointed in this hotel. Obviously the staff was new and didn't understand checkin, check out procedures through Expedia. Room was clean but clearly outdated and recycled from previous ownership by Holiday Inn, who built a new hotel nearby. The most clearly disappointing thing was, although promised by hotel description of amenities offered in price paid, there was no breakfast at all. Restaurant, although on site, did not open. Staff did not know what the problem was and never offered an explanation. We finally left to search for breakfast somewhere else.
