Nothing at this hotel worked. The internet was down. The tv remote did not work. Housekeeping did not do room 2 days In a row.

Wasn't clean at all. The bathroom had mold and was dirty. The dresser was in disarray The air filters dirty. The food was disguisting and ghetto. Who eats hotdogs or fried bologna for breakfast. Their phone line or credit line was off. I had to run to local bank to pay for drinks I obtained during breakfast, nor was their any money placed in atm that was on site at this hotel. The topper was lights going off at pool and no one knew how to reset the timer back one hour. Well, Don't bother now, because spring is around the corner. To thr people who purchased this property from Holiday Inn, Invest money in your property in order to make money.

Pros: Close to shopping - Quiet - didn't spend much time in room, only to sleep.
Cons: Drawback is the layout of the hotel - No way to access the lobby or restaurant without driving around building, very inconvenient.
Location: Location worked well for us.
Room was a good value. It was clean, everything worked and the breakfast buffet was ok. Had to request certain items be cooked such as eggs, but they were prepared the way we wanted them rather than just scrambled. Overall very pleasant experience for the amount of time we spent there. Worst part is noted below, no access to certain parts of the hotel without driving around, very spread out.

Pros: breakfast ok but needed better service
Cons: needs lots of updating
room faced parking lot , of people in and out of parking lot and very noises. rooms need updating. pool not working, no heater. I will say again we didn't fill safe.

switched rooms 4 times before getting one that 1). didn't smell of smoke, 2). the locks worked, 3). didn't have dirty towels. ugh. the room did not heat well at all. I slept in a sweatshirt all night. not worth the cost savings.

Pros: Plus: refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Cons: Complete remodeling or simple demolition would help.
Location: There were many nice looking hotels and restaurants nearby.
Fortunately the front desk clerk was able to find my reservation, but she was distant and cold to the point of being unfriendly. When we got into the room, we were shocked to see the water stains and mold on the walls and ceiling of the room. The sink and toilet appeared to be clean, but the shower walls were filthy. Honestly, we would have gone elsewhere had we not been so exhausted. I slept well in spite of what felt like an extremely old mattress.

I stayed there during the winter. My children were very excited about the pool and hot tub. Broken hot tub, broken pool heater, crumbs all over the floor, couldn't sleep due to people knocking on our door till 3 a.m, breakfast was a joke. The setup is insane. It's a MAZE!!!

Pros: The staff were great!
Cons: Expedia's customer service was ok overall, but there were some issues with one worker.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby.
