Old Rundown motel that needs total updating.

Room smelled bad, furniture dusty, upholstery on chairs was filthy. Linens yellowed and old. Didn't clean room we stayed two nights. . Business next door sold car stereo systems and they tested the sound that made your head want to explode! Only stayed because all motels were full due to college graduation. Front desk clerks were very nice though. It rained and their ballroom leaked so bad that you could hear the water dripping into about a dozen buckets sitting around the room! Needs some SERIOUS repairs and updates.

The water was brown (from the sink).

The roof was falling in. Water was pouring out of the ceiling. And to top it off we had brown water pouring out of are sink in are room.

Room, bathroom & and overall facility lacked cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast: we went to McDonalds.

It took an hour and 15 mins to check in then room requested unavailable when we finally got into room it was disgusting the secure door into building was broke and propped open with wet floor sign the room had fleas in bathroom smelled like smoke and had cob webs on ceiling floor had not been cleaned and sheets looked stained

Pros: The beds where comfortable and pool was nice.
Location: We where there for a youth bowling tournament. The mall was really nice.
First off we arrive and they didn't even have our rsvp in there system and said well expedia didn't send it. Took them 20min to get us a room and checked in. The beds where comfortable and pool was nice. Hot tub did not work. Had to hunt down cleaning services to get fresh towels for next day. We looked over all the renovations going on. But what makes me never want to return are the issues I had checking out. They took out payment of my account themselves each night. Had to have them refund it. Then while they where "fixing" that they took even more out again. The corrected that. And after we left the next day they took out yet again another amount. Called them and they said oh that's from hotel site I said no says your place. Now waiting for someone to call me back in an hour to see if its resolved.

Cons: Everything needs to be improved!
This was the worst experience ever! Very dirty, tons of bugs!! Even in the bed sheets! Do not stay here! Staff was not easy to deal with. They could have cared less that the rooms were disgusting! Took over an hour to check in also because staff had no idea what they were doing. Worst place I've ever stayed!

Waterfall in room!

Our A/C machine leaked water all night, flooding the carpets. The breakfast also was terrible compared to what u would expect. Ran out of milk a few time, which would be bad they had anything besides cereals. The did have some bagels that were quite hard. Actually the banana's we got might be the best thing I got from the hotel. Besides a bed.

Traveled through here when moving from Omaha, NE to Gulfport, MS. Hotel was in awful condition. Our room was right next to a room that had a sign on it stating it had hazardous conditions per OSHA. Was not in a great part of town-definitely did not feel safe. Also-front desk could not get it together. I had booked my room but not paid on Expedia and they just could not figure out how that could be or how to charge me. Took about 20-30 minutes just to check in. Only came here because they allowed pets. I would not do it again. Please do not stay here.
