"Le Delta à Montréal"
Quand vous choisissez Le Delta, vous êtes assurés d'un standard de qualité que nous ne regrettez jamais. Il y a des chaînes d'hôtels dont les établissements sont de qualité inégale. Ce n'est pas le cas pour Le Delta. Quand vous louez une chambre, vous êtes assurés de retrouver la même qualité de chambre que dans un autre Delta. Une fois de plus, j'ai été pleinement satisfait de ma nuit.

"A nice hotel convenient to McGill University"
I arrived early due to my flight schedule and my meetings. The hotel accommodated me. promptly when I arrived. I live in a small town with no traffic noise. The quiet room let me sleep soundly. I plan to stay there for future visits.

"Could not ask for better!"
We stayed in this hotel for 8 days as part of a two week vacation. It is fairly central and tram / bus stops are only a few minutes walk away. It's close to a number of excellent restaurants and bars as well as having it's own restaurant. Museums and the park are equally close and whilst we couldn't go up to the Mont Royal Park as there was still a fair amount of snow on the ground and we were advised that it might get very slippy and we took the advice! The staff are a credit and a lot of other hotels would do well to get some tips from these people. They genuinely seem to like their job and put guests first. There was nothing that was too much trouble and one staff member even got my ViaRail booking sorted when it wouldn't accept a booking from someone outside Canada or the US (get a grip ViaRail!!) as well as booking some restaurants for me. Doormen / bell boys were always on hand, pleasant and not at all pushy, readily offering advice. Room was immaculate and we were fortunate enough to have an en-suite with a TV and jacuzzi which helped us relax after our long trip. We had a street facing window and whilst it can get very noisy at night we didn't really notice it, despite the nightlife continuing well into the wee small hours! Room was kept spotless and whilst there was air conditioning in the room it didn't really cool down enough for us, but that was the only "complaint" we could have.

"Central Location"
Third trip to same Hotel, became Omni preferred guests years ago be cause it is such a fabulous Hotel. This Omni in Montreal is head and shoulders above some others as well. Located centrally to McGill, the Mont Royal, plus shopping district of St Catherine street and the incredible underground labyrinth of shops in that area of the city. Metro station is 200 meters from the hotel restaurant. Weekend pass for 18 dollars provides unlimited rides from 6pm Fri through Sunday late pm. And the hotel? Service is the best, quality is the highest, the staff are brilliant.

"In downtown"
You could walk to anything and go anywhere from this location. The subway is so easy to figure out as well. Its near the "Peel" station. We took the subway up, down, everywhere we went. Also took it to the dome, Olympic stadium and all.. Very Fun! Close to all bars and restaurants as well.

"Walking distance to Bell Centre, Shopping, etc."
The hotel staff were helpful and courteous during our stay. The Superior Suite was very clean and modern and offered all of the amenities we required. We were able to walk to see hockey games at the Bell Centre, eat at great local restaurants, and the shopping district is only a block away. We very much enjoyed our stay and have already booked our room there for our next trip to Montreal!

    Downtown Montreal Hotel Guide

Walking though the rues of downtown, it’s easy to enjoy the playful juxtaposition of metal skyscrapers with the centuries-old stonework of Old Montreal. Exploring the downtown area of the City of Saints is a real feast for the eyes. Before you head to the museums or shops, hike up Mount Royal Park. It has one of the very best views of the city below. Once you’re ready, trek down and head to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. This museum is one of the largest in Canada, and features artwork from some of the most famous names in the industry. The Redpath Museum is another local favourite. The building is home to dinosaur bones, mummies, and prized minerals. And while you’re in downtown, don’t forget to stop into a Montreal Canadians hockey match, with celebratory toasts down on Crescent Street after the game.
