"Very modern and fun hotel in excellent location"
Perfect hotel for people on business trips or young couples looking for a cool and super modern place right next to Old Montreal. The location is fantastic (right in between downtown and Old Montreal). The rooms and hotel are very modern, with careful attention to details and incredible futuristic atmosphere. The WunderBar downstairs offers amazing cocktails, and the Otto restaurant by the reception has delicious and cheap lunch specials. This hotel is ideal for those who want to explore areas other than Old Montreal. The conveniently located subway stop directly connects you to the rest of the city.

"Beautiful Historical Hotel"
First of all I have travelled a lot in my time and have stayed in some exclusive hotels. The Hotel Gault exceeds any hotel I have stayed in the past. Very unusual but at the same time very beautiful. The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and wonderfully nice. They made me feel at home. My room was all that I expected and more. My favourite in the room was the bed. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed with crispy white bedding. Everything was in the room which I required. The only missing item which I missed was the coffee machine. No radio in the room with alarm clock, but then they have a wakeup call system and they call you right on time. Because I was so busy I forgot to check out the weight room. As for the rest during my stay.....I couldn't ask for anything more. Loved my stay at Hotel Gault.

"Great location to Old Montreal"
We visited Montreal for a hockey game and walked around the historic district during the day. We had a great time for only being in Montreal for less than 48 hours. We plan on going back when it is warmer.

"Close to Old Montreal"
Nice hotel to stay at the winter season, with a walking street for family and kids to walk indoors and ladies to shop for fashionable stuff. The parking was great for winter time, although it was minus 12th floor! The breakfast was just so so.
