“Loved it!”

After a week of walking around Quebec City we were ready to relax before our flight back to BC. The hotel was fabulous - very helpful front desk & concierge, great location just off St. Catherine's, lots of people watching, good restaurants, but the best part was lying in bed the next morning in the wonderful bedding, Starbucks coffee in one hand and paper in the other - how decadent!

“Starwood quality maintained”

I frequently stay at this hotel. It has recently been upgraded and bedrooms have been elegantly renovated. Excellent beds and pillows and quality bathroom amenities. Some updating of the lobby is occurring at the present time but this should be complete in a few weeks. Service is excellent.

OVERALL OUR STAY WAS AWESOME. Near everything downtown, Clean, wish the checkout was a bit longer, could of gone to the pool, but ran out of time!

“Best Choice for Business or Shopping or McGill Parents”

I was very pleased. The pool was great. The restaurant was great. The room service was excellent. The staff was very courteous and met all our requests on time. They treat the guests like royalty while not putting on a show. One can tell that the staff is well-trained in hospitality. The decor is very old and classy, which suits my taste.
