"Relatively clean student hostels however the bathroom could be cleaner. Location is awesome walking distance to everything. Breakfast was great too given it’s included. Would recommend!"

"The "maze" style of the Hotel was interesting and we thought it was neat. Really appreciated the continental breakfast as well as the hotel's location on St. Catherine St. Our one complaint would be that the kitchenette was so poorly equipped, it limited what we could purchase to cook a few dinners."

"Pros: The hotel is not new but it is clean. The room was spacious. The beds were decently comfortable and the bedding was clean. The appliances all worked fine. The staff was polite and useful. Good blackout curtains Cons: No air conditioner (although I don't think it was advertised that the room had it) There were no outlets next to the beds to charge our cellphones and no alarm clock either. It wasn't a big deal and it probably depends on the room. Parking is not very convenient. The...

"It was tricky getting around the building due to all of the different aspects such as a library section being apart of it so it would be nice to get more of an instruction about the building layout and how to get around."

I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...
