Les plus: -staff très sympa, atmosphère aussi, location très centrale, et ça a du charactère Les moins: Bruyant, les parquets grincent, l'eau du chauffage coule en continu (en tout cas dans ma chambre), et c'est très central. En plus un chantier sous la fenêtre, mais c'est temporaire. Pas flexible quand j'ai demandé de changer de chambre.

The room was very good but the comforter was torn. There was noise coming from the street all the time. It seems like the insulation is not in the best conditions. The third night I was already used to it but the first night I couldn't sleep. Just one of the front desk staff wasn't kind the other were awesome.

While the no elevator was annoying with heavy suitcases (which I knew about in advance and is to be expected given the location / old building) the hotel was excellent. Staff were helpful, and the free luggage storage was a bonus. The free breakfast gave options of reusable or disposable plates, cups and utensils which was odd and disappointing, and the breakfast was only juice, coffee, tea, cereal or toast. However the location was excellent, and was just 2 blocks away from the 747 airport bus stop. Hot water in the shower, and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was par with price but did not expect the shower to be so small and uncomfortable. The water pressure was quite strong and would have been lovely if there was room to move. The bed was very comfortable and the breckfast offered was adequate.

The property was recently renovated. Room 301 has a private bathroom. Very neat, clean and spacious room. Sophia at the front desk was bilingual, very polite and helpful. The only downside is that the street has some powerful lights and the curtains in the room are too thin. So the light shimmers into the room. Also, the soundproofing around the air conditioning is not good so you can hear people screaming in the middle of the night. If these 2 items are fixed. It will be an excellent choice. Will stay here again!
