Room was to cold and took a while to get to the right temperature. Fan is loud and there is occasional noise of cars from the street. Enjoyed the coffee and bedding.

Great location within reach of everything. Staff was terrific. Nice room and bed was very comfortable. The tv was terrible! Awful remote and interface. Not much to fix so still great place to stay.

The amenities at this hotel was good and the staff were friendly but a few key drawbacks were that you only got green tea and coffee in your room [and I don't drink either]. when I asked for a substitute tea, I was told I had to purchase it from their cafe [most other hotels provide a peppermint or english breakfast tea at the very least]. Also, watch out for delivery charges that apply in addition to the room service item Prices.

Stayed here with friends for 2 nights 3 days. It was a really nice and clean hotel with a great location which was walkable to many restaurants / bars and downtown area shopping. Asked the staff for some accommodations (extra pillow) when we arrived but we were not spoken too in the nicest way but maybe it’s because we were not French speaking. It was also late so maybe there’s that too. The rooms were clean and spacious and overall I was happy with it. My only complaint would be that there didn’t seem to be hot water in the tap when we washed our hands / face it was always cold. We couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t warm up. We were only here for a short time so we didn’t really find the need to complain or say something. Overall I had a great stay here. We stayed as a group of 5 (two rooms) so for a larger group we were accommodated well. Also the parking is on site and super accessible but it is quiet expensive. definitely worth it because everhrhing is so walkable anyways so you can just park your car and use it once you are leaving. Onsite parking is also convenient as some hotels in Montreal have off site parking where u have to walk a few blocks but this isn’t the case.

Well for the smoker it was very inconvenient to always go downstairs an back up. There also was mich seating area for smoking .
