“Deep sleep”

Only issue is that the airport shuttle stops at 10PM. Our flight arrived at 11:30PM meaning we had to cab it to the hotel at a cost of $25. Otherwise, great value - wonderful breakfast buffet included with the room cost.

“"Can't wait to go back",”

I found the hotel very appealing from the time we walked in the front doors. The staff was great, room clean and roomy. I would definately come back.

“Mixed feelings”

The biggest problem was finding a taxi that knew how to get from the airport to the hotel. Also the restaurant was unsatisfactory as far as service went.

“Modern and clean - would go back.”

Hotel is clean and modern. Would definitely go back. Bathrooms need additional hooks for hanging clothing - just one little hook is not sufficient as I don't like to put my clothes on the floor when I'm getting into the shower. Coffee/tea should be made available in the lobby area as well as English newspapers.

“Nice clean and modern hotel but you'll need a car”

Hotel is a bit out of the way in midst of an industrial park. However, it is modern, stylish, and clean. Front Desk employees were helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant , bar, and mini-convenience store in the hotel. I had breakfast - buffet or a la carte options. Staff was friendly and responsive. There is a free shuttle to the airport and free parking. Location is close to major highway and you can get into latin quarter/Old Montreal by car in about 15 minutes.

Area recommendations

Latin quarter - variety of restaurants and night life. Old Montreal for historic sites and lake front activities.

“My new accommodations in Montreal!”

Although the navigation system seemed to be having a difficult time finding the hotel, we were surprised and pleased when we arrived. The hotel was in excellent condition. It was clean and everyone was vey hospitable.

“Should have been better”

Myself and 3 girlfriends traveled from Toronto to Montreal for the Circuit Endurance runs. We chose this hotel because it was between our run site and downtown Montreal. In this respect, it was fine, since it was in the middle, but the surrounding neighbourhood is pretty barren. When we arrived, they put us up in a room at the end of the hall. When we looked into the bathroom, we were perplexed, since there was no bathtub, the wallpaper was falling off, and the decor was just so plain. We determined this was a mobility accessible room, and asked to change. The woman at the front desk seemed annoyed since we had 'touched' the bed and bathroom since she said she wouldn't be able to 'sell' the room again, but still allowed us to change rooms. We didn't see why this was such a big deal since the parking lot was more than half empty, the hotel did not seem anywhere near full. The new room had a regular bathroom. The room was spacious, the bathroom door isn't very sound insulating, and the beds weren't especially comfortable. It was otherwise clean. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The only other thing of note was that they allowed us late check out until 1PM, I guess again because the hotel wasn't very busy. All-in-all, we were fine with the stay, but were not particularly impressed.

Area recommendations

I would suggest the Sheraton Centre Ville, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was very convenient.

“A very good surprise!”

The hotel was sparkling clean and service was ok except there is no one to help with luggage. It is not so close to the airport when you arrive but shorter distance to travel when you leave due to the position of the roads. Close to shopping center but not much else, but perfect if what you want is a good price, good service and closeness to airport.
