"It took some time to decide on a property to stay at in Toronto. I’m so glad I chose Hotel X. It had every amenity you could imagine, with the friendliest staff. The room was gorgeous, with an incredible view of the city and also the water. It was the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown—close enough to everything, and full of on site options, in the event that we didn’t want to leave the property. We will definitely return, as this made our time in Toronto such a relaxing stay. "

It is in walking distance of union station, CN tower and plenty of nice places to eat. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend for families. "

"Overall, nice stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable beds. Front desk staff who checked us in were welcoming and friendly. We travelled with another couple and they, as well as myself, called about our reservation multiple times over the week leading up to the reservation and left messages and nobody contacted us back. I got through once, the morning of our trip after calling 4 times back to back and they transferred me through to front desk. No answer. I called right back and had to call another 3 times until they answered me. I would have gave a higher rating but their customer service is seriously lacking and was very disappointing. "
