"Everything was great as usual. However the Cleaning service has skipped our room even after I have asked for a daily cleanup. When they eventually cleanup our room. I realized the bed sheets and blanket were the same exact one as before. Since I saw the same coffee stain before using it."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Liked that shower had wall mounted dispenser bottles. Had a mini fridge, coffee maker (disposable tray with coffee grounds plastic packaged) with two reg and one decaf trays. No creamers. Microwave available for use downstairs in lobby. View was of a roof and some industrial buildings and parking lots. I opted to not get housekeeping during 3 night stay. Furniture was old and a little beat up. Laptop sized safe in closet. "The hotel is in a rough part of town, which is the first thing you notice, but it is very secure. You step inside and see what a lovely oasis it is. They had me in a queen room but I had thought/wanted two beds. They upgraded me for a small fee. The room was much larger than I was expecting. Everything looks new and very clean. Beds were comfortable and they had two types of pillows to ensure the right one. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant, everything was impeccable. There’s also...

"I didn’t know it’s only valet parking.. I was circling around the property looking for the hotel parking .. The hotel name is too small to see from the street if your driving and not familiar with the area.. Very hard to see hotel name.. The property it’s self was beautiful very nicely renovated.. The designer did an impressive job.. I was very impressed.. "

"The property was really nice and clean. Few little issues were no vending machines and the snack area closes randomly between 9 and 10. Also was woken up everyday at 5am by the garbage truck in the laneway Not much the hotel can do about that but it’s constant "
