My suggestions or improvement: - Provide Breakfast trays, compostable utensils, better food variety. Breads, oranges and Dannon yogurt are limited choices (maybe trade some oatmeal pkts for less variety of breads). - Dump the plastic soaps and shampoos. Provide soap, shampoo and conditioner bars wrapped in paper packaging."

"I came down to the Nikko after my first hotel did not feel safe or clean. I was so so so pleased with the Nikko. I felt safe and it was very comfortable. The room was shockingly quiet for a room downtown. I would absolutely recommend the Nikko and will be staying there next time I am in town "

"Ended up with a corner room - very spacious, but the additional windows meant it was very loud. There were odd loud banging noises coming from the street nearby around midnight/1 am both nights I was there — I ended up downloading a white noise machine to be able to fall asleep. "The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. Locked front door and key card elevators gave a sense of security. However not the hotels fault but it's not the best area There are way worse though. In the hotel we are charged 40 a night for the resort fee. The 24 hour gym was not open 24 hours as I found out when I was going to work out at midnight cause I was restless.
