"Very easy and this is the best option for an overnight stay and an early morning flight. The shuttle service is really good, but it is a small minivan with only foir passenger seats. So if you are a family or have a lot of luggage, call and make arrangements with the front desk, but prepare to wait in line or be split up. Or take a taxi. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable and has a full service diningroom."

"We have enjoyed our stay and it was made very delightful by the friendly and caring staff of the hotel. We've been given a nice comfortable room with a balcony and a view of the river and the Parliament Hill. Super location, walking distance .. just crossing Alexander bridge to downtown key attractions.
